Thank you for your consideration of other guests by honoring the check-in/check-out times. Late departures are subject to an additional night's charge unless a later checkout has been authorized by the Front Desk Manager. Please call (970) 879-3700 if you'd like to speak with someone at the Mountain Resorts front desk.
An initial deposit equal to 50% of all charges is due at the time of booking by major credit card. Final payment is automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for December Holiday stays). Optional travel insurance premiums are due at the time of booking. Mountain Resorts reserves the right to cancel any reservation if deposit or payment dates are not met.

Mountain Resorts is an Official Lift Ticket Partner of the Steamboat Resort. As a preferred partner our guests have access to advanced purchase discount lift tickets for the 2021/22 winter season. After you book your lodging with Mountain Resorts our reservations staff will follow up with you on the process for purchasing your discount lift tickets.

I'm writing follow up feed back on a resort that was ample for their services but did me wrong on the review they left for me. (I left 2 dishes in the sink in a rush to leave which is what the cleaning service is for) So, with all due respect I will express the wrong doings in the factor that the resort itself is gouging when it comes to cleaning fees. They're blaming COVID for charging $200 additionally to room rates on a 250 sq foot studio unit. Rates for "COVID cleaning" of such space is only $50 by any local source that I've called right along with a going rate of $50 for a cleaning service

Unfortunately our check-in process was a nightmare. We arrived to check in after 4pm which was noted as the check-in time online. We were then rudely informed that our condo was not ready and that check-in "starts at 4," which means what? That we could be waiting for hours to get in?
So here we are, family of seven with nowhere to go because our condo isn't ready and covid regulations keeping us from going and hanging out anywhere. We waited for an HOUR AND A HALF piled into our car after a five hour car drive. The front desk was supposed to text us when the condo was ready... never happened.

This should and could be a pretty glowing 5/5 star review of this property, but our group experienced a beyond subpar check-in process. After trying to check in early and being told that we couldn't check in until 4pm, we filled out all paperwork and went skiing, being told we could simply grab keys at 4pm and head right to the condo. Seemed straightforward enough.
Half our group went right to the condo to wait outside, the other half went to grab keys. However, we were then told that the property wasn't ready and that "check in starts at 4". Which means... not sure? That check in could be 8pm

Customer service is seriously lacking. My daughter and I were locked outside in the cold and snow due to an error on the part of Mtn Resorts. No apology. No offer to make it up. The representative said, "it was only ten minutes," and "what would you like me to do, ma'am?" Still no apology, but offered a whopping 5% off one night stay. What a joke! It's a shame. We have been using this company for years, but never again.

Forced to choose lodgings through this company in order to participate in a Triple Crown baseball tournament. Ended up at Rockies Condominiums, unit 2232...Yuck. Smelled like mothballs and dirty laundry, unit not cleaned (honestly: candy wrappers and potato chip crumbs around the beds in one room), hotter than hell, hairball in shower, carpet had creepy stains on it (blood or tomato sauce?), 2 ironing boards but no iron, poor quality thin mattresses, very outdated, 2 broken fans, and bedding left us feeling itchy. Real gross out experience. Decided to leave a day early because it was very uncomfortable

Work for Steamboat Association Management for 14 years dedicated for hospitality and hard work to make renters and homeowners happy. Resort group runs mountain resorts Steamboat Association Management and the ranch I've worked for all of them my career has been ruined in Steamboat Springs Colorado . ! I lost 32 days paid vacation working 14 years for this company fired from a Christmas party my two ex-girlfriends getting into a fight I was not present but I still got fired I am the most friendliest employee and I would never ever do such a thing I love this company but now I'm on my own I've done

We found everything about our experience renting a condo through Mountain Resorts to be five star quality! We got a lot of great help in figuring out the right place for us. There was sufficient communication about what to expect prior to arrival. The condo itself exceeded our expectations. The information packet covered everything we would need to know. The on mountain transportation worked quickly and efficiently, making driving completely unnecessary. We had a wonderful stay and will use Mountain Resorts again for our next trip to Steamboat. I commend everyone for doing their job well and cheerfully

Their shuttle service advertises they will take you anywhere within city limits. We were counting on it to visit friends who leave in steamboat. This is not true and they would not honor their own service description. They will only take you downtown to restaurants and groceries. Terrible customer service and response. Very disappointing.
