The main Pioneer Ridge front desk and check-in location is at 2150 Resort Drive, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, 970-879-0517 / 888-672-6938. Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out is no later than 10:00 A.M. Although we try to have every property ready by 4:00 P.M. during busy times there may be delays.

We booked through Hotels.com. The advertised price was $135, or $270 for two nights. THEN they doubled the rate with their "fees" bringing the grand total to $535.65 for two nights. They refused to cancel and refund our trip, even though the hotels.com employee contacted them. This is a fraudulent business practice and is unethical.

We rented apt 206 in the Howelsen Building on Yampa St during the Thanksgiving week holiday. It was a beautiful place marred by negligent management by Pioneer Ridge. It took us an hour to find in the dark after being given poor directions and no help after picking up the key.
3 hangers in the master closet
no bar soap in the bath
outmoded sound systems for iPhones
no help for where to park a second vehicle. We were told there was only room for 1 car in the garage of the two bedroom apt.
A shame for the owners who offered a well furnished place

Had an amazing Christmas in Sunray Meadows condo. Check in was quick and the man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The condominium complex was quiet and beautiful. Our condo was clean and well stocked. Daily maid service was offered, but we didn’t find it necessary. Check out was simple and the same man was just as friendly. The experience was perfect enough to make it a yearly tradition.

Just an ok place. Pros: The main upstairs was nicely furnished and pleasant. The bathrooms were well supplied. We also enjoyed the tennis court.
CONS: lumpy beds.
The first morning of our stay landscapers showed up and started hauling and breaking large rocks right outside our bedroom windows at 8am. One worker even smoked right there. We called Pioneer Ridge to get this straightened out and they stated they'd call us back - we never heard back from them. My husband managed to get them to hold off and to move the large pile of rocks out of the driveway so we could at least park at our rental

We have rented from Pioneer Ridge more than 5 - 6 times in about 5 different properties in the last 2 years. All of the units have been extremely clean and well maintained and exactly as expected from the photos. All of the staff we have interacted with has been top notch in customer service. Love that they are honest about the different types of properties they have. You can pick and choose between cheaper units or more luxurious units. They will be our go to rental agency whenever we travel to Steamboat.

My daughter and I stayed at Storm Watch condos in Steamboat Springs managed by Pioneer Ridge Property Management. From the reservation process through departure, these folks were friendly and professional. They helped us get lift tickets too! The shuttle service around the ski area was wonderful and the drivers were so helpful -even with our little detour to the ER! I will definitely use this company again for future trips.
