The Mountain Time Home was wonderful. The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. The property was well maintained and had every amenity one could hope to have in a rental. The five of us had plenty of space and the main home could easily sleep 10. The home was an easy 5 minute walk to the slopes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We highly recommend this property and this host.

We booked 1373 Moraine Circle through Steamboat Central Resort Reservations and should have booked directly from Suzie & Tom at Steamboat Lodging Properties instead... due to Steamboat Resort posting deceptive descriptions of the unit. The unit itself was great and Suzie & Tom are very attentive to their guests. Our flight was cancelled on our departure day and Suzie was very helpful in getting us booked for another night at a discount, compared to our initial Steamboat Central Reservation rate through the resort.

The condo we rented from Suzie and Tom was conveniently located with easy access to the free city bus. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and 3 bathrooms made us quick out the door to get the first bus to the lifts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive snacks and a bottle of wine on the counter after having our flight delayed and arriving at 11pm. It was really wonderful to work with responsive, caring people when weather delays complicated our itineraries. Highly recommend!
