I believe this company, BPS, LLC were an is a blessing in disguise. I originally thought that my house was only a little dirty and was very surprised at how dirty it was after the pressure washing. Mr. Chad and his assistant cleaned my home so well that I had to touch the siding to make sure it didn’t have a fresh coat of paint on it. The same thing for the front porch, amazingly cleaned, it looked as if they rebuilt the whole thing with new material. The whole exterior of my house looks as if it was recently remodeled. And there's more….

We used the power washing and rust removal services. Chad did an excellent job in power washing the concrete driveway, sidewalks, front facing fence and house. It was a 2-day process. We have an unusual amount of iron in our well water and the orange was a vibrantly rich orange. First day was the power washing, the next was the rust removal. … The rust was a really really rich orange and after the power washing and rust removal, some shades of it returned. Chad came out twice to remove what orange was showing. It's been a few weeks now and we are still orange free!

Did an amazing job on cleaning a rental property of mine. It is a brick home with siding. Best it has looked in years. He also cleaned the fence, driveway and deck as well as clearing all the fall leaves from the yard to get it ready to sell. Highly recommend him. He will be doing my own house soon!

Chad communicated well before arrival and then did a great job of clearing our property's extensive and challenging vines & brush (with fence removal) in prep for new fence installation. Our backyard was extremely overgrown with weeds, vines and unwanted bushes. Chad and Gene came out and did a fabulous job of giving us our backyard back. They finished the job quickly and offered suggestions and advice on to keep the weeds out! On top of it all, Chad and Gene were just great guys to work with and treated us like we were family. We plan on hiring them in the future!
