Outside the home, we will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then we will move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. I have used Louie for 2 home inspections recently. Why 2 You may ask? Well that is because the first home that I had committed to purchasing had several major issues that were uncovered during the inspection including the furnace not working properly, which is kind of important during the winter in Indiana! The inspection was very thorough and things of concern were well explained. It was helpful to have a professional to ease my fears on things that were really nothing to be truly concerned about. I dodged a bullet on the first home and ended up finding the perfect home a few months later. Thank

Did not like how they made and left their mess for me to clean up. Dragged things out without putting them back where he found them. Did not even have the courtesy to tell us he was done with the inspection. We just assumed he walked outside to check something. Before we knew it, his vehicle was gone and so was he. I suggest you take an assistant along for those times when you don't feel like cleaning up behind yourself. We are not being paid to do it. Would have been nice had you been a bit friendlier too.

Working with New Start on our home inspection as first time home buyers was great! Louis was very thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain to us his findings and what could be done about them.
