We hired this company to inspect a new home during a purchase. Jennifer was very thorough in her report and took time to not only explain the defects but also explained why it wasn't in compliance or would cause further damage. I have bought several properties over the years and always have them inspected. However, from now on, this will be the company I rely upon. I plan to have her inspect my old home before it goes on the market as well. Great customer service--Highly recommend!

We used Jenny for an inspection on a house I was buying and she was very thorough in explaining all the issues she saw and why they were an issue! She came back and did a reinspection as well after some work was completed. Both times she worked to get us an appointment in a timely manner, she was very polite, and took her job seriously!
