Horrible. We ordered 3 smoothies and we were all disappointed. I discussed long and hard about what I wanted and I was given a powder mix with milk that was NOTHING like what I wanted. Ingredients in the menu are just “flavors” of the powder. Menu is incredibly complicated and sketchy work in general. I was happy to support a small business but please know I won’t support unethical practices.

The workers here are kind and great marketer. I would want to support them since they are running a "small business" but I can't if they are supporting Herbal-life.
I would give negative if I can. Rise Up like nutrition clubs are products of Herbal-life.
Herbal-life products are known to be extremely high margin and known to cause liver damage. In addition, it is a pyramid scheme.
I would recommend a documentary called "Betting on Zero" where it shows the truth about herbal-life.
Please open your own store with your own tea that is actual tea and protein shake from a trusted source. There are

Okay A) not even very good, I hated the shake I got. B) I recently heard about “nutrition clubs” that are a front for the MLM Herbalife...this place immediately came to mind, so I did a little digging, and that’s definitely what’s going on here. Herbalife is a predatory MLM (watch Betting on Zero) and there are many other places in Lakeview to support. Honestly disgusted this is in my own neighborhood.

Incredible owners and service. Very willing to discuss any of their smoothies and teas and make recommendations. Definitely worth supporting and the protein shakes are great!!

Mira was so kind from the moment I opened the door. She went over the entire menu with me and even made suggestions based on flavors I liked. She was incredibly kind and overall the vibes were so positive. Thanks for a great smoothie and the sprinkles of happiness!!

First time trying Rise Up and I couldn’t be more pleased! Friendly curbside pickup (during quarantine shelter in place) and the TASTIEST smoothie. I ordered the teddy graham at Mina’s (sp?) recommendation and keep thinking to myself... wait this is good for me?! Obviously I loved it because I couldn’t help but drink half of it before snapping a pic. 11/10. Will be back!

I would give rise up nutrition 10 stars if it was possible!! We absolutely love this place. We're from Oak Brook IL but I drive my family down there at least once a week mostly on Sunday's, we've made it a weekly family tradition!! My daughter loves the Oreo smoothie, she would have one every day if we lived closer. We really like the spicy mango, thats the bomb!! And everyone at rise up is super cool and very nice, the customer service alone should get 10 stars!! Everyone should go get a smoothie especially on those hot Chicago summer days!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I love the shakes but the teas stole my heart!
The shakes keep me full for a couple hours and taste like ice cream and the teas give me SO much energy with out the sugar and without the crash. I love the drinks and the owners are so kind. I highly recommend you stop by and experience the positive energy.

Great place to grab a nutrition smoothie that will keep you full 4 hours. I love their tea! And The Vibes are very positive and the customer service is great and very friendly.
