Group classes, personal training and wellness sessions with acclaimed teacher, trainer Wanessa Anderson, including Pilates, Zumba, Piloxing Barre, Piyo, Yoga, Reiki, and more!. To register for these classes you may purchase a 10 class package. The package expires in 3 months from the purchase date.

No exceptions. If you have traveling plans or are not sure if you can use up your package during the specified time frame, you may purchase classes individually. This class is the ultimate #mondaymotivation. We will perform resistance training alternating between body weight and weight lifting to build and improve strength and endurance.
Services
Dance and music have always been an immense part of my life. Growing up in Brazil, I studied dance in many various forms with a strong emphasis in classical ballet. Being taught and evaluated by teachers and dance instructors from around the world gave me the opportunity to see dance as a way of life, providing me with a rich and versatile background.

Pilates is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. Exercises are performed on a mat and on specially designed equipment. The Pilates system includes exercises for every part of the body and applications for every kind of activity.
In addition to our innovative, fun and effective workouts, we now offer a variety of wellness services. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique used to balance energy in the body to promote relaxation and stress reduction. Through circumstances in our life, energy can become blocked, distorted or disturbed in a way that promotes injury or a feeling of imbalance.
Salt comes in empty processed forms or healthier pure sea salt (Himalayan and Dead Sea salt) that contain 84 elements and trace elements found in the human body. Dry salt air is more powerful than moist air. The negatively charged ions in salt improve our health and mood.

Inhaling particles may reduce inflammation and mucus in the lungs, improving respiratory conditions such as asthma, allergies, bronchitis, sinus congestion and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).Scientific studies show that people with asthma and other ailments breath easier after halotherapy.

I am so happy to have been recommended to Wanessa! One of the things I missed the most during The Pandemic was workout classes. What I love the most about Wanessa’s charming and cozy studio that always wafts of a wonderful essential oil, is that every day and every class is different— between a super fun dance cardio class with killer tunes , to Barre which I’d rarely done, to the stress relieving yin yogaish classes- Every body part and the mind gets attention. A huge Thank you and wonderful way to begin my day!! 💜☺️

I've been going to Wanessa for a couple of years now for Pilates instruction and am amazed at my improved flexibility and posture. She's a great instructor, very knowledgeable and patient, and makes every session challenging but fun!

I was a little nervous to get started with Wanessa because I was feeling a little slow moving and a great need to be kind to myself. In just a few weeks I feel such a difference! The gentle, slow movements of the workouts are exactly what I've needed. I feel myself growing stronger. My body just savors the pilates machines and the way that Wanessa eases me further into the stretches feels great. I find that after my 30 minute workout my body craves a nice brisk walk. I'm so grateful for this experience!

It’s not an understatement to say that Wanessa has changed my life. I signed up for personal classes about 10 weeks ago, and in that time our sessions have profoundly improved my emotional and physical well-being. When I look in the mirror now, I finally see someone I recognize. I find myself consistently looking forward to our sessions, which is kind of incredible to me…in the last 20 years I’ve tried every type of “fitness” is instructor that came and went, rarely making it past the first 15 mins before having a panic attack and fleeing, never to return. I’ve not experienced that

I can’t say enough amazing things about Wanessa and the Studio! The Wellness Studio is a beautiful serene space filled with healing energy. After an illness, surgery, and a long recovery, the customized program Wanessa put together for me rebuilt my body and gave me back my strength and energy when nothing else had worked. I don’t know what I’d do without W. Rhythm!
