Do not rent from this company. We had planned to stay here for a few days in September 2021 for our 25th wedding anniversary. Due to the state experiencing the highest Covid cases since the start of the pandemic, the governor urged tourists to cancel their non-essential trips. Following the governor's urging, we sadly had to cancel our trip about a week before we were supposed to leave. EVERY SINGLE Air B& B, car rental company, airline, restaurant and excursion company either fully refunded us or gave us credit for a future visit EXCEPT for Kauai Kahuna. They would not work with us and even had

This place is incredible! Talk about feeling like family. My husband and I came to this Island right before Covid and everything shut down, we lost our jobs and were left without the place we were planning to stay for 9months to a year. This team helped us find a place, got us a discount, checks in on us regularly, helps us with anything at all that we need and fast. They work with us and even though I tell them not to they respond on weekends even if it's not an emergency. I love this place and I would recommend them over any Vacation Rental place I have ever used (and I have used a lot). It feels

We have rented many vacation homes over 40 years and by far this was the nicest to deal with. When visiting a new area, I do usually call and ask lots of questions. When I called this property management company each time I received polite answers from patient people. We also received calls or texts from them about arrival times, road closures and such. My sister staying at a timeshare elsewhere but near us, received none of that. She had not received any of the important information we had in order to plan a pleasant vacation. In fact when arriving she tried four times to call their conceirge
