Our condos are individually owned and nicely refurbished in a quiet, tropical setting next to the ocean. The condos vary is size from studio, small one-bedroom, or large one-bedroom which are about 500, 600, and 700 square feet respectively. There are some condos that are variations of the standard three sizes.

We will also provide a little information about local area attractions and activities. Upon arrival at Prince Kuhio, you will need to obtain a parking permit. Please display the permit visibly in your car when it is parked in the Prince Kuhio parking lot. There are only enough spaces in the parking lot for one car per condo.

Unit 102 is pleasant but very near a busy road. We had to sweep the entire unit on arrival due to the amount of grit on the floor. We found old food in the refrigerator, some of which we disposed of and some we left for the next guests. The refrigerator thermostat was set to maximum so it never turned off which was against the owner’s instructions and we corrected the issue setting it to medium. We would not even be mentioning these points in our review at all if the owner had not marked us down in her review of us on VRBO due to the maid reporting “piles of sand throughout”. This was not

We had a vacation rental here and it was a nice place. Well kept. Pretty koi fish and gardens. We had an issue with some construction workers leaving a mess on our patio, but it was resolved and they cleaned it up. My only complaint was that it was kind of difficult to find our apartment, there could be better signage. The parking rules also weren't very clear, and the small lot and the street fill up. We were able to find a spot, but knowing if there were more options would have been good.

A visual feast with lush landscaping that creates the feel of a tropical hideaway. A few minutes walk and you're on a beautiful little beach. Snuba, snorkel, and more ...so close! Condos are beach condo homes furnished island style. This is my third time to be a guest in a Prince Kuhio Condominium and I'm already planning my return. A quick drive to the botanical garden is also an easy walk if you want to slow down and enjoy the fragrant, large plumeria that line the streets. Beaches for family fun are close by and many amenities in the area. ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

To be honest, this place is not the best. It is pretty nice but the pull-out bed feels EXTREMELY springy, and I know that there are better ones. My father and his wife is staying there with my half sister. It is quite cheap. I recommend going here with 3-4 people because the price doesn't change much. Although there are some bad things about this place, it is very close to the beach and it's quite clean. It is pretty close to shops and overall this place is a 3/4 star. :)

I have to say that I would not recommend this place. All of the water was either coming out scalding hot or ice cold. I'm sure they had some sort of plumbing problem, however, 1 hour before checkout time I received a call explaining what was happening with the water. Oh to top it off she asked if we were OK or if we had scalded and burned ourselves? Are you kidding me - 1 hour before checkout. To top it off their were cockroaches milling around the bathroom. If you have to stay here its an affordable place to stay, but you definitely get what you paid for.

We stayed in unit 301 which is on the very front of the building. We had an "ocean view" in that we could see a small bay across the road, about 200 ft away. But this is not ocean view in the sense that it is actually directly on the ocean.
The proximity to the road created a problem of a lot of road noise. Lots of "blat" cars and motorcycles going up an down the road and a fair amount of other traffic. The good news is that while the traffic starts pretty early, around 6:30 AM, it gets quiet pretty early as well. But if you are a light sleeper or have an aversion to traffic noise this may not

Nice accommodations. Manager, Matt, was very friendly and available for questions, thanks Matt! Only downfall would be the lack of air conditioning for our condo. We rented our condo through the condo owner so not all condos are equipped the same. In fact some had added air conditioning to their units. Otherwise, the views were incredible. The condo was well equipped and priced very fair for the location! Had a great time!
