Services
The Poipu Beach Athletic Club, less than a mile from all of our properties, is a wonderful facility for adults and kids alike. The PBA Club is more than a work-out place - it's like a little country club. It is a great center where you can spend time with family or friends being active, having fun and have a meal, too.
Please check the calendars for each of our properties located under the "Vacation Rentals" Tab for your specific dates. Each of our homes/condos have a specified number of guests to which the basic rental rates apply. There is a charge for additional guests if the home/condo will accommodate them. There is a refundable deposit required for each reservation; This deposit is usually refunded within 2 weeks of your stay.
Many of our soon-to-arrive guests ask about the following items. Hopefully this note will answer some of your questions and help with the packing and planning. We stock the basic beach gear of towels, mats, chairs, cooler and sand toys. If folks ask about snorkel gear or boogie boards we let them know that there may be some if a past guest left it - we never promise that there is that type of gear.

When considering Kauai and Poi'pu this is an excellent choice. The manager/owners are most gracious and maintain the property just as if it was their home. Cozy, well provisioned, well located and clean!
The unit has two large bedrooms downstairs with queen beds (one is a master with bath) while upstairs is a loft with 2 twin beds. Beds are quite comfortable, linens feel new and not dryer burnt, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils enough to host a fairly large dinner party.
