My family and I have lived here for 3 years and could not be happier. Besides the condition of our unit the most important thing to us is the management and maintenance of the property. There have only been 2 times that we needed the maintenance department for repairs. Their response time was immediate and the repairs were perfect. Before leaving they not only cleaned up, they showed us exactly what they did to make sure we were satisfied. David was professional and followed up with us the next day, The office staff is a pleasure to deal with, especially the Manager, Eric. He always makes you feel

I lived in the Point at Marlborough for close to two years and recently moved out. A large factor of the overall renter's experience is largely determined by how responsive the leasing office staff are. To that regard, I think the place has improved significantly in the past year, especially with new managers like Eric, PJ , Kim, etc. Another thing that is important for anyone living in MA is the snow removal, and I think they have been doing a great job.

Been living here over 3 years this place is ok not a 5 star luxury like I seen around so let me tell you what I seen and heard. - Too expensive rent increase every year and you have to pay for water, sewer, rental insurance - Owners don't pick up after there dogs - There are bikes out there that have never been moved - No security as a number of car brakes in attempts have happened - Packages been stolen doesn't stop! - People smoke weed in apt - Traspassers in pool - Loud noise and loud music - Office staff see you they never greet 2 maintenance guys are very serious and one is really

The property is beautiful.
The neighbors though are exceptionally noisy and the management does not do much for it. We have lived here since June of 2019 and now in May of 2020 we still have the same issue from our neighbors making so much noise, since Oct. The management blames the fact that the walls don’t have concrete between them. While that is a factor the management does have the ability to silence or evict a tenant so this excuse means nothing to me or my family. I work labor and my wife and I go to bed early. There have been so so many nights that I have gone into work with little to

We thankfully were only there for 4 months, but what a fiasco of a place to live. The facility changed ownership in the first week we were there so I can't speak for how the place was run before that, but in our short time there was much that made us shake our heads at.
After a couple of weeks we noticed chewing sounds in the laundry closet walls, there response was to lay out a bait trap in the closet, chewing continued for about another week till it moved to another wall off the dining room which continued on and off till we moved out. I know there probably wasn't much they

We moved in right at the time the property became The Point at Marlborough and have been extremely happy living here. The office staff are great especially the manager Elizabeth. Maintenance addresses any issues promptly and they are constantly trying to improve the neighborhood such as building a playground and having holiday events at the clubhouse etc... We would highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a nice upscale quiet community to reside.

I have been living at Heights at Wheeler Hills in Marlborough for just over six months. So far it has been a great experience overall. The sound proofing in this apartment is amazing and I have never heard my neighbors - despite the fact they have children and pets. I really love the walking paths they have all throughout the apartment complex to walk my dog - and the dog park, even though it’s a little small, is great for him to play with some of the other dogs. The staff in the main office, especially Dan Rocha, has also been amazing. There were a few times this winter that we lost power due

I've been staying in this complex for a year now. Things were pretty decent but once The Point at Marlborough took over ownership I have noticed a big difference. They're building a playground for kids, have community events for residents, and if maintenance is needed it's always taken care of immediately. The Point at Marlborough have a wonderful and friendly staff.
Thanks for all that you do, keep up the great work.
