Lousy apartment and lousy admnistration. I lived for 2 years and I have been complaining about cockroaches in apartments for over a year and they do absolutely nothing! I moved two weeks ago in a hurry with so many cockroaches, apartments FULL OF CROCKROACHES!

I'm really unhappy. I moved to another condominium because they did not meet my requests, Besides everything, the laundry are always broken, and my apartment was full of roaches and they never did anything Seriously to resolve it. (Building 7)

I had two major issues: the property manager is incredibly inconsiderate, and the management has developed this unfortunately habit of jacking up the rent by ~7% per year.

I live here and have for 13 months, it's beautiful here and the staff do their best to take great care of their tenants. They go above and beyond any landlord I have ever met.

The management sucks! you will never get anything inside the apartment to be fixed no matter how seriously the condition was : ( not acceptable. definitely will not recommend this apartment to anyone else.

This apartment complex is managed by the most unorganized, uncaring, and incompetent property management staff. They are not responsive to resident concerns. They are more concerned with the exterior renovations than they are about the apartments themselves. As long as everything looks good on the outside, then who cares about the inside right? The maintenance manager is an arrogant bully that would rather confront residents than address their concern in a professional manner.
The buildings are old and noisy. You can hear people talking in their apartments from the hallway. The floors all have
