I used this company to manage my rental property for 5+ years. They are excellent! They always took great care of my place and found great tenants. They do things the right way but at the same time are conscious of an owners bottom line. Chesapeake Property Management served as property managers for my condo for 6 years. The special care and attention to detail by their staff is paramount. They also placed solid, reliable, tenants in my condo - I did not have one rent payment missed in 6 years, which speaks volumes to their tenant selection process. You as the property owner are actively involved in the process for selecting tenants as well. The Chesapeake team is very responsive and prompt with all requests and inquiries. Their online portal for payments and maintenance requests is very easy and convenient to use. I am a tenant of one of their properties but would also trust them to manage a property that I owned myself. They are very thorough about the care and maintenance of their properties.
