We offer full service phoenix property management services for single family houses within a 30 minute radius of our office. Our services are provided throughout the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. There are ten members to perform the daily operational functions of our management portfolio.
To further serve our clients, we provide a list of available rentals at our front counter for public use, mail & email lists to various real estate offices.We periodically place properties within the Multiple Listing Service, which is accessed by all Realtors. We list Arizona rental properties on our website, the Military website, Internet based rental sites and periodically advertise in the local newspapers.

After renting the house nearly a year. I was sent a letter less than 2 mths stating the owner was selling the property and that I had to vacate the premises! And my rent is current! They even threatened me with legal action when I asked for more time; for me and my 1 YEAR OLD BABY to find a new place! Please be careful with this company. They charge you for everything weather it’s their responsibility or not

Unfortunately did not think to read these reviews until after signing the lease. House was turned over to us with grass in the yard mostly dead along with the scattered plants/trees. I made sure to run the sprinkler system for an hour everyday. We did a very in depth move in report on the interior/exterior of the house with lots of pictures, but come time to receive our security deposit back, they dinged us ~$1k for yard work and to over seed. Almost as if they knew they were going to steal from us so they looked at our report and found the one area we didn't think to document. I drove by the house

This is the most miserable place I have ever done business with. I rented a house through them for 8 years and the front of house staff made sure it was an uncomfortable, anxiety-filled experience every time.
Are you considering stopping by? You'll have as much fun as going to the dentist for a cleaning and getting a surprise root canal! At least you can always look forward to either Aunt Sponge or Aunt Spiker greeting you, with all the charm you'd find in that ham sandwich that you forgot in your lunchbox a week ago.

My experience with Key Management has been very professional so far. They are very responsive when I have a problem in the home that I am renting especially Teri. A maintenance worker always arrives quickly when there is a problem in the home within 24 hrs which is very helpful. So far I am quite satisfied with Key Management. I hope I will not have the same problem as others during moving out and rent deposit, but at this time I am very pleased with their service!!

If one payment doesn't go through, you're never able to make a payment with card again. You have to physically give them a cashiers check every month. Also, they evict you immediately if you're ever 12 days late on a payment. *Update* They made me move with less than a month to find a new place, after they had already given me an offer to renew the lease (which encouraged me to not prepare to move.) They charged me the entire deposit and billed me an additional $600 on top of it to fix up the house after I left. (Notice all of the good reviews are from property OWNERS! They screw the renters!)

We live in Omaha Nebraska and have been using Key Management for the 8 years that we have owned properties in the Phoenix area. Alison and everyone there is fantastic. Alison was so much help when we were purchasing properties to help us purchase rentable homes. Whenever we call with questions or concerns everyone of the staff is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We know they are always looking out for us and have been great about finding dependable renters for us. We get letters on a regular basis of other management companies wanting us to use them but we would never think about leaving

I have been a tenant at one of their properties for over a decade. I have been extremely happy with their service and my god how they have been so very willing to work with me. Things are great now, but there was a time when they were not and the gals (primarily) and guys there went well-above and beyond in my eyes to help me. This is the longest I have ever lived in one address renting and the people at Key Management are the main reason why. if I had one criticism at all, would be not being able to pay online.

Key Management has been caring for my rental properties for the past 8 years. They have been reliable and professional and I would recommend them to anyone that had rental property. Eight years ago I became a first time rental property owner. I was inexperienced and had no clue how I was going to make it work. At that time a co-worker of mine was renting a house that was managed by Key Management and she was very happy with her experience as a tenant. Several times she had mentioned that the property manager was "great" and that they quickly addressed any of her concerns. She recommended Key management

Key Management Co is unprofessional and dishonest. We lived at one of their residents for 18 months. Upon moving in the house was very dirty and was obvious it had not been cleaned. Fast forward to our move out date and getting back our security deposit. Key Management charged us a $200 cleaning fee for normal wear and tear items. A few missing light bulbs, dust on the ac filter vent and dust on base boards. After numerous emails and attempts to get out money back they would not. They are very dishonest and if you decided to go with this company make sure read other peoples reviews. Beware!!!!

My experience with Key was very, very positive! Alison always took great care of me and my property. I'm an empty nester who couldn't afford to sell my house in the current market. They were very quick to respond to correspondence and tenant repair requests and explained thoroughly to me and to my tenants the terms of our lease agreement. They all have behaved ethically and professionally during the entire course of our business relationship. I can recommend them with complete confidence!
