Vision Property Management, LLC ("VPM") did such a bad job for me that I fired them less than four months after I hired them. They are so unprofessional that they will not voluntarily hand over the tenant deposits and copies of the tenant leases to me after I terminated them.

I rented through vision property management for a year and a half and they were always unorganized and wrong with my monthly tenet statement. They ALWAYS over charged me, added late fees when bills were made on time and communication was HORRIBLE. I am now fighting for my security deposit back which they are holding for insufficient reasonings. I will not recommend renting through this managemt.

I have been with Vision Property Management, LLC for over 5 years and I have had an excellent relationship with their company. I would highly recommend their company to manage any properties in the Baltimore city and county areas. I found them to be very knowledgeable and their expertise has been very helpful to me in making sound financial decision in regards to my properties. They have put qualified tenants into my three properties with long term commitments and I have no complaints from the tenants.
