Frederick Realty was founded in 1916 in Baltimore, MD as B.J. & G.W. Frederick, at 115 W. Saratoga Street. Its primary focuses were managing residential, apartment, commercial, industrial, and income properties. The company founders, Benedict J. Frederick and George W. Frederick, successfully created a foundation for excellence, and created a profitable difference for its clients.
You will receive a monthly statement reflecting all the income and all expenses inclusive of the original invoices from vendors, contractors, etc. There are many reports you can request, such as Work Orders, rent roll, expense reports, etc. All our leases are normally for the duration of one year, however, we can make them any length of time you wish.
Property registration, lead compliance, advertising, tenant background checks, property showings, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance as needed, court notice for judgements and warrant filing for evictions if necessary and collection initiated by our collection attorney. We take care of all the maintenance and repairs as per your approval and charge your account.
