I am an employee at Nature Republic and was present during the incident which the last reviewer, Maggie Montelongo, described.
Maggie, a customer, came in asking to return a product that she claimed was "unused," however, the packaging had noticeably suffered water damage. When asked about the condition of the package, the customer replied "a little water got on it" and demanded a return. The manager then politely interjected that because the packaging was so noticeably damaged, we would not be able to accept the return as we could not resell the product, which adhered to the business's return

Nothing natural about my experience at this location . Manager Alma was beyond unprofessional and simply disrespectful and rude.
Went in for a return with an unopened and unused item literally in the same form I purchased the item. Alma refused to return the unused brow pencil Accusing me of “tampering with the package”
I Proceeded to inform her that on the receipt It didn’t state that the if the packaging is tampered with - it couldn’t be returned. Alma then said and I quote “ it’s common sense that she couldn’t resell it with a state the packaging was in”
