The Oasis was amazing! The location is perfect, as it is just minutes from everything, and the convenience store across the street has great coffee and was even open Christmas day! The hospitality of HBR was excellent and the touch screen board explained everything. Very nice feature. The home was nicely decorated and the views were absolutely stunning!! I would definitely use them again!

Stay far away from this company. We rented the Pier Park house back in November of 2020 for Ironman Florida. We were charged over $500 because the property manager Devin accused us of turning on the pool heater. We never asked for the pool to be heated and we never turned on the pool heater (We literally do not know where it is). Our best guest is that they forgot to turn it off after the previous guests left and then Devin blamed it on us for turning it on to cover herself. We explained several times that we didn't touch the pool heater, but Devin refused to acknowledge this and treated us disrespectfully

Currently at No Rain and the house is beautiful and location is great. Water heaters are insufficient for the amount of showers in the house. Maintenance person even said the Rheem ones this property has aren't great. Then the spa isn't heated and even colder than the pool. One night they came out, got the spa hot and then someone realized the tech shouldn't have and even left the panel open on the heater on the side of the house when they turned it back off. Note, the pool heater and spa are completely different through the interfaces so you shouldn't have the heated pool package for a spa. TV

My family had an amazing stay at this rental. It is comfortable and very clean. Giving a 4 star overall review due to overall value. Having stayed at beach rentals every year for annual family vacations, we found this property to be the most penny-pinching, especially given the generous price being paid. Property was very clear that only one soap and toilet paper per bathroom would be provided in addition to one small dish soap, tide pod, and dishwasher pod for the kitchen. We were literally 300 steps to the water! It was wonderful! The pool out back was also great for our grandkids when they just wanted to swim and when the adults wanted to hang out later, it had nighttime lighting :-). Great use of the 6 bedrooms for us and the main floor was really big enough for all of us to cook, eat, play family games, and of course, watch TV.. The staff was attentive to let us know they were there but not intrusive. Thanks for a great Family vacation! Sweet & Salty by Holiday Beach Rentals will remain in our memories as the picture-perfect beach house which united two families for our wedding. It was an unforgettable weekend. I would've given this review 5 stars but the I had had an issue while we were renting out Burnt Bottom.
The rental house it self was great. We were on a Bachelor's Party Vacation. I was the bestman and in charge of the party. The host left me a message on Friday evening telling me that her & a realtor will be showing the house Saturday at 11am to a prospective buyer. I did not give them prior approval to show the house.Odd for them to do this because I thought we had exclusive rights while we rented this property.
Long story short, I tried asking the rental company for a mutual agreement for
