Our privately owned acupuncture clinic in Tempe offers a unique blend of evidenced based Traditional Chinese Acupuncture including cupping and moxa with state-of-the-art cold-laser or low-level laser therapy. The combined therapies of both the evidence-based acupuncture and cold-laser therapy provide a powerful, safe, and effective system to heal injuries and shorten recovery time.

We focus on 1-on-1 consultation and treatment to develop an in-depth understanding of each patient. In our acupuncture clinic, patients are people, not just customers. Cost of treatment is $85 for all-inclusive treatment with combined therapies including acupuncture, cold laser therapy, and cupping therapy when appropriate.
Services
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we say that cupping helps remove cold in the channels, moves stasis, and eliminates wind-cold condition. In modern terms, cupping is used to promote blood circulation, reduce swelling and pain, help with gastro-intestinal disorders, and treat lung diseases. In does this my lifting/pulling muscle tissue away from the skeletal structure.
LASER light, in the right wavelengths, penetrates into the body eliciting photochemical and photo-biological responses. This term is called PHOTOBIOMODULATION. One of these effects takes place within the mitochondria; the organelle (part of the cell) responsible for making ATP.

When light is absorbed it causes a build-up of single oxygen molecules that accelerate the formation of ATP (adenosine triphosphate); the cells' energy and fuel source, to 10 times the average rate.Increased ATP production leads to a secondary cascade or reactions: increasing immune response, accelerating the healing process, reducing inflammation, and reducing pain.
Every so often we will treat kids as young as 7 years old here at our acupuncture clinic. What does your typical 7 year old need acupuncture for? For most younger kids, there are 3 common conditions that acupuncture can very easily treat: Migraines, Asthma, Stress/Anxiety. Some kiddos embrace the adventure of acupuncture needles and do fine with just a bit of nervousness.
While Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine can address a wide range of health issues, our treatment program plays a special role in working with athletes to get them back on the field, in the ring, or in the sky.

With my own experience as a professional skydiver, martial-arts instructor and competitor, mountain biker, and yoga teacher, I'm no stranger to the challenges unique to competitive athletes when it comes to keeping them injury free and in top condition to compete at the highest level.
When people think of eating mushrooms, most imagine either the mushrooms you add to your pizza or the "magic mushrooms" that act as hallucinogens for a drug trip. Did you know there's a series of "medicinal mushrooms" that have an amazing list of health benefits? They can be eaten in various forms including powder, capsules, or tinctures.

Craig has been a tremendous help with my TMJ pain over the past 6 months... I can't believe how much relief I get from acupuncture and cold laser therapy. Haven't found another acupuncturist in the area who can get close to these results. He's an intelligent guy, and feels like I'm seeing an actual doctor. Not easy to find in an acupuncturist... Thanks Craig!

I started going to Hidden Rhythm Acupuncture about 6 weeks ago. I have mild, chronic back pain and have tried quite a few different methods to improve the pain which haven't really worked. I've done yoga, strengthening exercises, massage therapy, etc.
People have suggested acupuncture at various times and I decided to give it a try. I was pretty skeptical, but I'll give pretty much anything a shot.
After 2-3 treatments with Craig, I noticed my back wasn't hurting nearly as bad and after 6 treatments (weekly) it's actually feeling really good on a daily basis. I also do massage therapy once a

I was highly skeptical but I walked out of his office pretty much pain free for the first time in six months.
I'm honestly the biggest wuss when it comes to needles (literally, your apprehension pales to mine, challenge me) and not only did I make it out alive but I have every intention of going back
Thanks Craig!

Craig is the best acupuncturist I’ve been too. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. Being sensitive to acupuncture needles and it’s effects, I always feel better after his treatments.

5 stars for Craig Amrine
I called Craig for the first time last week because I had a chronic skin irritation on my lower left arm. Frustrated from not being able to remedy the issue on my own after a month, I was able to schedule an appointment that same night. Craig stays open late on Wednesdays to accommodate those with 9-5 jobs. Thanks, Craig!
Craig is personable and makes you feel at home. During the consultation session I offered a possible diagnosis (a pinched nerve somewhere). Many doctors are quick to dismiss any suggestion from patients who attempt to diagnose themselves. Craig listened

Craig was great! I used acupuncture to help stimulate my body to go into labor. He was very gentle and informative so I knew every acupuncture point he was using and why. I did end up having my baby just a few days later and would recommend it to anyone wanting a natural start to labor!

Feeling amazingly better with a combination of massage, exercise and additional treatments. I have been going to Craig for 6 months and he never fails to find those hot spots on my back and knees. His professionalism and knowledge of the practice of acupuncture is amazing! I am always treated in a personal and professional manner. I am unable to take any type of medicine for pain relief so this has become a very important appointment for me to not miss. I gain much relief from the treatments.

I've been seeing Craig for 4 years now.
I first came to him for a shoulder injury. He treated me a few times but my shoulder did not get better. MRI's later showed that my shoulder had a tear and needed different treatments. Craig referred me to a different doctor that was great. With the other treatment and the acupuncture + cold Laser from Craig, my shoulder now is 100%.
I still go to Craig about once a month for sport injuries, any other type of sickness, and mood swings. He is easy to talk to and understands exactly what the lifestyle of an active person requires. He is also professional
