A thorough initial consultation will be completed to assess your health concerns or areas you would like to improve. Based on your needs, a proper treatment plan will be provided. This is available for herbs and/or acupuncture. Acupuncture needles are disposable, sterile stainless steel filiform needles that are comparable to the thickness of a human hair.

The points used are based on your specific presentation and are intentionally placed on specific areas of the body to facilitate the healing process by activating "qi" or energy.

Kari is the sweetest person ever. Not only that but she does her job so incredibly well. Upon arriving, she greets you so warmly and listens intently. She goes above and beyond to create a relaxing environment while you receive whatever service you are there for. I am so happy to have met her during my pregnancy. She was more than helpful and made my pregnancy beyond comfortable. I’ve been going to her as much as I possibly can, ever since and I will continue to go as long as she is practicing! I started seeing Kari right after my cancer diagnosis. I wanted to start acupuncture to help pre- and post-surgery, as well as during treatment. I’d never been a fan of needles, but Kari’s manner is so calming and kind. Seeing Kari turned out to be my favorite time of the week. I could relax and focus on healing. She is an amazing practitioner and person. I can’t say enough good things about the time that she treated me. I’m only sad that I couldn’t bring her with me when I moved to CO!

Kari Ann has been amazing through my pre conception and pregnancy phases. I truly believe acupuncture was the missing link for us having a successful IVF transfer. Our little blessing is now a month old and I credit Kari Ann for helping me stay comfortable and pain free as much as possible during pregnancy and for keeping my anxiety at bay during fertility treatments.

The office and treatment rooms at Luna Acupuncture are very nice, they are welcoming
and relaxing. I had Kari perform acupuncture prior to boarding a six hour flight. I suffer from chronic back pain, the treatment immediately brought my pain down to a level that made my flight comfortable. I’ve been receiving acupuncture for several years now and Kari is the best practitioner I’ve visited, she is very knowledgeable and caring. I will continue to use Kari’s treatments to battle the pain and general medical conditions that require treatment from time to time. I would highly recommend visiting

Luna was my first experience with acupuncture and it was fantastic! It was super relaxing and you don't even notice the needles once they are placed. I was pregnant at the time and going so I could have help with my hands falling asleep at night and though it didn't stop that from happening it stopped the intensity that it was happening so I was able to sleep better. She also helped with preparing my body for labor. Kari-Ann is so sweet and personable too. I would highly recommend Luna for anyone looking. If you're skeptical like I was this is the place for you.

Kari-Ann is so sweet and accommodating. We took an accupressure class with her which was super helpful in pregnancy and labor. She cares about educating, which we love. We also had an acupuncture appointment with her to trigger labor and as my first acupuncture experience, she was very helpful and talked me through all of it. She provides a calm and relaxing environment. Highly recommend her services! 👌🏻
