We buried my sister after a long battle with brain cancer. She had 2 small policies that paid $2,000, dollars. My other sister and I split the balance due Mr. Vanderwall was gracious to help us have a nice funeral for my sister. After everything was said and done, my sister asked what size casket spray we would need. M. Vamderwall's reply was "YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SPEND $300.00ON A CASKET SPRAY, THAT'S MY MONEY. while I was paying my portion of the balance due, he came in and sat down by my husband and said "It's a shame to keep that car dirty, it's a really nice

As I am walking behind my friend who was there to burried her love one today. Mr. Tom Vanderwall comes up to her as she is walking to the gravesight and throws some papers at her. He wa extremely upset about some funding of accounts. The agreeenent is set with a date of when the bill is due. How unprofessional he was and it was apparent that he had no empathy for what my friend and her family was going through. I live out of state and would never recommend their funeral services.

We had the visitation and the funeral ceremony for a family member here, and it was very well done. Those in charge of setting everything up truly did a great job and everything was beautiful. There was a kitchen area where they put out fresh cookies and had beverages, and it was a nice area to go to so that others could be in the viewing area. It is never easy to lay a loved one to rest, but I suggest Vanderwall if you need a funeral home in the area.
