I’ve lived at the Ansonia Property in St. Charles IL called The Crossings for 3 years now. There is always something going on in our parking lots and around our buildings. Vandalism, cars not permitted, as well as criminal damage to property. We had about 15 cars “tagged” with spray paint a few weeks ago. I called and then walked into the office to ask the property manager what was happening with the vandalism and she stated there was nothing they could do because the police were unable to catch the person. I’m not a lawyer but I might employ one now. That sounds like a load of BS. The

I have been waiting on the RE-issue of my security Deposit since March 2020. I got a call from then Mgmt (Ms. Washington) who said my deposit was #Returned via usps.. (I don't know why it was returned, I'd given my moms address) however, I've been waiting every since then (March) for them to send it out to me at my current address. I waited and waited. At first it was due to #CoronaVirus that I haven't gotten it. Then it was due to New Mgmt (Sylvia-i guess)... It's been #FIVE months... Isn't there some kind of law in regards to how long they have to return the deposit or send a reason as to why
