Horrible application of gel nail Polish. Looks like my kid did it. And they charged me $91.80 for my nasty looking nail Polish on my toe and finger nails. STAY AWAY. the high rating is a lie. Most likely their own people leaving 5star reviews. I saw other people getting their nails done. Not magic in any sense.

I used to go to Magic Nails regularly to get my gel manicures but stopped about 2 years ago because about 5 days after I got my done 7 of my gel polish nails were peeling off. I really believe it was the polish. I went back and was told that they would only redo the 7 of 10 that were missing and that I had to get the same color again after expressed that I thought it was the polish as this hadn’t happened to me before & I had been doing there for a few years. First time there to get a french manicure. the manicure looked like I did a decent job myself, not at all the professional look I was hoping for! the worst part was the receptionist was rude!! I had never been there before so was not familiar with the shop procedures. apparently, I was taking too long to sign the credit card receipt so she snapped at me to "just sign the bottom". I was looking for where to add the tip, again snapped "cash only!" extremely upset and disappointed in the whole experience!!!!!!

I have been coming here for the last 7ish years. This is the only place I come to because it is the best in town! They have several nail techs to keep business moving along and all of them are professionals that do amazing work. The receptionist knows what she’s doing and is always on top of things. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I love this place and everyone that works here.

I’ve been here twice with my first experience being wonderful. My nails were done exactly the way I wanted with a very friendly nail tech. My second time was a disaster (Came to find out this nail tech doesn’t work there anymore). I wanted to try something different than normal so I did. Results did not look like the picture I had asked for whatsoever & the nail tech asked if I wanted it exactly like it. I said yes for the most part but he went completely in a different direction. I was in the salon yesterday with my sister for my birthday mani-pedi. I have been here before because it is so convenient. Although my girl did a very good job, I felt so extremely rushed that I could not even look at the name of the polish I chose to see what color it was for future reference. I had to ask her to write the number down for me. I realize they are a very busy shop but it certainly was not a relaxing experience like it should be, i felt very rushed. My bigger issue is the girl at the front desk who is very curt every time I have been there and I thought also very rude.

I generally don’t like to put reviews that are not favorable .. so I will explain. I have been going to another salon for countless years. I had to be seen on a Sunday and this place was open. Come to find out that a mail tech that took care of my nails many many moons ago is the owner. I liked the cleanliness and the decor and what they presented. So I thought I give them a try. I have been here 3 times. Each time within days my gel polish literally peeled off. The first time I didn’t go to have it fixed because of my time constraints. We went on a Saturday afternoon and they were very busy so we had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time... but it was worth the wait! Definitely the best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Buba was gentle and meticulous, so careful with every detail and my nails turned out beautifully. They are smooth and the whole nail is covered, not thick and lumpy with a gap next to the cuticle like some gel manicures can be. Lower prices here than elsewhere and it’s also clean and pleasant inside and smells nicer than any other salon I’ve been in!

Got a pedi and dip. They used cold water and I asked her 3 times to make it warmer. The water overflowed 2 times onto the floor where she put my purse. My socks were soaking wet along with my Kate spade purse. She barely scrubbed my feet and then burned them with the hot towels. My "coffin" nails are just simple square nails and she charged me for shaping. Overall bad experience and I was 1 of 4 other customers at 10am.

Hate to do this but... This place is a joke. I went and got my nails dipped on a Sunday. Paid $40+ and was guaranteed they would last 2 weeks, minimum. By Friday (5 days later) they were lifting & coming off. By Sunday (one week later) all but two had come off my nails. So, on Tuesday I went and had them re done. Staff was actually pretty rude when I was there to get them fixed but not my problem their work is subpar. Now, 3 days later, they are starting to come off again. Horrible!!! There's too many nail salons out there to waste your time, money, and energy here. I know several other

Horrible horrible service. My friend, myself & daughter came here today for our nail appointments. The lady that did my nails was rude the entire time, rushing, & didn't cut my cuticles like I had asked. My friends nail tech didn't speak but maybe twice and that was to answer yes to my friend question about her polish. (Which was chipped, no too coat on certain spots)
My daughters tech was BY FAR THE WORST.

My daughter got the princess manicure and pedicure which she loved. Daniel was nice and treated her like an adult client making conversation and making her comfortable which I loved. Two nails were a little messed up but my daughter was happy so I am happy. I got my nails done by Jenny who was very awesome. My only complaint was she left a bump on my nail that I didnt notice after I left and she used a nail file that had pink stuff all over it. I wish she would have used a new one. The receptionist was nice. More seats are needed since my son had to sit on the floor and my daughter had to squeeze

I went in today after making an appointment yesterday and Tran did both my SNS nails and my pedicure.
I called yesterday and spoke to the girl with the blonde frizzy hair at the front desk. First, she needs better organizational skills. She had me on hold for five minutes, I gave her my name which she promptly forgot then on my way out of the salon she was so incredibly rude. I was trying to find a different credit card because they don't take AMEX and in the process of doing so her sign-in clipboard fell off the counter and she yelled loudly 'jesus christ!!' I'm an atheist

Alright, well this is embarrassing, but I'm going to be straight with you. It had been a very long time since my last pedicure so my feet were rough. Like, gotta wear socks to bed cause you don't want those puppies scratching on the sheets rough. So with this in mind I knew that I needed a legit place that would do excellent work, no dainty food rub for me, I needed an industrial strength sand grinder machine and lots of elbow grease.
After doing some online research I came upon pretty good reviews for Magic City nails. Their Spa Pedicure included a callus treatment and was only $32

This place never seems to disappoint me!!! I love everything about his place! From the service to the people! Every single person that I've encountered has done a fabulous job with my nails! The parking lot can get overcrowded but there's always a spot for you. Depending on the time of day and which day could determine if you experience a long wait or not.. in order to avoid situations like this, make an appointment! Overall, clean business with a variety type of nail polishes to choose from!
