Very disappointed with my manicure. I had Karli and got a "dip" manicure for $42. She did not soak my hands or touch my cuticles, but immediately started the powder. She was clearly inexperience with dip polish as it is lumpy, uneven and ridiculously thick. It looked so horrific that she took off the top coat and tried again...TWICE! I was in there for 2 hours and I am still VERY disappointed with the final product. It was not worth the money.

I really tried to let this go but I would NEVER recommend this salon for acrylics. Thursday night I came in and got them put on for a wedding I was in on Saturday. Friday at 12pm one snapped completely off while typing on my computer, not even after a day of them being on. Luckily I was already making the 45 minute drive out to Brecksville so I stopped and got the nail fixed thinking meh it's just one I'll live. Friday evening after rehearsal dinner, I unbuckled my seatbelt and ANOTHER one fell off. When I say it fell off its literally the tip of the nail that is glued on that's
