I was super excited to get my nails done for graduation but couldn't be more disappointed. Wrong shape, the ends and underside looked awful (see pics) and I wanted gel but they put dip underneath the gel (idk why) so they were way too thick. Also the lady was running around taking phone calls the whole time. Super bad job. Definitely not worth $55 and will not being going back.

One of the worst french manicures I have ever had and i have been getting my nails done religiously at various places for over 8 years. I had an appointment and noticed that walk ins were being catered to before the people with appointments. Very sloppy work and paid 40$ for a manicure. Won’t be back.

Not the best pedicure I've had. My attendant seemed like he was rushing since I was his last appointment of the day which really takes away from the relaxing aspect of the service. He also cut one of my nails asymmetrical and I'm worried about getting an ingrown nail now because it was cut so far back. Overall, I just didn't enjoy it enough to go back and I hope I don't end up having issues with that nail.

Came to this nail salon because of the good reviews. I got a dip manicure and it was about a 20 minute wait and they had quite a bit of colors to choose from which is a positive. However, I told the technician I just wanted my nails shaped and no length taken off. I walked out extremely short nails and nails that looked like they were already grown out. Not worth the money or the time- disappointed.

Terrible experience. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Was charged $10 extra dollars for the shape & the “French tip.” Sat & asked for the shape to be fixed probably 5 times & he told me it was my fingers being crooked, not his shaping. Also asked for him to fix the polish because I didn’t like how he did the French tips, but just gave up after having asked so many times. The nails are uneven & very crooked, there was no cuticle care, the paint job was sloppy. The pictures make it look much better than it does in person. As you can see from the photos, the nails are not

My nail technician (Peter) was terrible. I brought butterfly glitter to create the design pictured. After already filling my nails, he did not ask me what I wanted, so I had to interrupt him and tell him I wanted to use those glitters. He told me it was too late and he could try to stick them on top of the nails, but the clear nail was not an option. He then painted my nails blue (a shade he picked out) and put a clear coat on and said I was done. I asked him why he didn't put on the butterflies and he said they were too thick and could only use stickers at this point since he already applied

I went to them today for my second ever gel nail set. Kim was the lovely woman who did my nails. She was very patient with me (I'm an anxious person) and took her time addressing any concerns and questions I had. As far as covid precautions I was impressed. Barriers between nail tech and customer, and between stations as well. Masks are required and hand sanitizer abound. They ask you wear gloves when choosing a color too! I had a great experience and will be back.

The spa was very covid friendly and everything felt totally sanitary. Rozanna did my nails i was between a fill and a full set - overdue. Im a cosmetologist and can be very particular about my nails... nonetheless I think this may be the best nail shape ive gotten in a very long time. Her attention to detail and nice attitude towards having me check multiple times to make sure i was happy was amazing! The pricing here seemed on point and not overpriced at all. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere and i rebooked a appointment to come back again. Really happy to find a new high quality place.

Very nice nail salon. Decided to try it out for a pedicure. Got the luxury pedicure I believe. The salon was extremely clean, they flow very strict cleaning, hand washing, social distancing, screens and space between everyone. The pedicure itself was wonderful, over an hour long which is very worth the $55 I paid. Would for sure return.

Amazing experience! My 5 yr old and I are overly satisfied. Ann made sure everyone was temp checked, sanitized, and ran through the procedures right when we arrived. She asked us to wash and sanitize our hands before choosing our nail color (an extensive collection was available where a lot of places don’t have that), and they made sure we were properly distanced and protected before showing us to our pedicure stations. There’s a person assigned to follow everyone’s steps, cleaning everything in site. They’re seating every other station and made sure everyone was masked. They’re protocols

I counted 5 walk-ins, no appts that came in after me and got seated before me. Then receptionist came over, directed me to a pedi-chair. Nope, want a mani- she said well let me see if one of the guys can take care of you. I see two free male techs arguing with her. Totally unnecessary and embarrassing for your business. Doesn't the customer come 1st? My time is just as precious as yours. Your front end of the house management is horrible- you are in the service business

I had such a great experience at pure nails!! They make you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in. They gave you a bottle of water, had cookies, and served you a fruit plate while you got a pedicure--something I've never seen at any other nail salon in Strongsville. They truly make you feel pampered. My nails looked great and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be back!

My sister and I were walk-in customers. We waited about 15-20 minutes to be seated but it was a busy Saturday morning so that's understandable. My sister got a acrylic full set done and I got a pure bliss manicure with regular polish. We both were satisfied with our manicures! The place is clean and staff is friendly. We will definitely be visiting again.

First time here and I'll be back. Everyone was very friendly. Place was clean, liners in the pedicure bowls which I liked. Got a spa pedicure and l enjoyed the massage chair and leg message.
Update: still love getting my pedicure here! Had surgery on my toe six months ago, and was a bit nervous to get a pedicure since my nail was still not completely grown back correctly. Chaay did an awesome job and you can't even tell which toe!

Joe at Pure Nail and Spa is AMAZING with my feet! I have horrible dry callused feet and he always gets so much smoother /prettier every time I go. His skills are great with painting and he is friendly! The deluxe Pedicures with gel polish is worth the money! I love the Gel Manicures as well because they make my nails strong enough to grow on their own. 😁😍😊

Very nice salon with reasonable prices! I had the classic pedicure and enjoyed the fresh fruit plate and a bottled water that they gave me during my appointment. That was a great touch! I also enjoyed a long leg massage that was included with your treatment.
I only wish that they would let you add a tip on your credit card since not everyone carries cash with them. My total was $32 which is a great deal compared to other places I've been to in the area for a pedicure. The salon is very clean, cozy and open which I liked. I'm from out of town. My sister made us appointments here because she swears by their dips.
I needed a full set. I've had acrylic nails many many times. These nails are SO thick I'm gonna have to go see my regular lady to have them filed down. I also told him coffin shape and they are totally square. I kept saying "narrower. Narrower please" and they stayed the same. And one nail is crooked.
EVERYTHING is an up charge. I like my nails a little longer (not ridiculous just a little longer than medium) they charge you extra for that, the cats eye polish is $10 more (what

The salon I originally wanted to go to was closed on Sunday, so I decided to try a new one. When I walked in I noticed that they were very busy. This is usually a good sign that the place is good, and they were. Although I do have a few gripes. They say that a full set is only 28 dollars but they charge extra for every little thing. So that adorable free plate of fruit and bottle of water they give you, doesn't exactly seem gratis. I was charged for the gel polish used over my manicure, charged extra for the length and even an extra charge for getting almond shaped nails instead of the standard
