I was there on the 15th and the nail tech Shay was very nice but my nails are horrid! The gel is chipping off and when I buffed the gel off , several of my nails are lifting and barely any acrylic on them. and my nail is discolored! Disappointed in the work but she was very friendly! Won’t be returning

I love how professional the people work in this place, they are fast, clean, and very knowledgeable. I love to make my gel nails there, they never chip or peel for at least 2 weeks. I am always satisfied with the services and with the colors. Highly recommended!!

Paid for a full set less than 3 weeks ago and I am already missing 7 nails. The nails started lifting after the first week. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 5 years and have not experienced a set as poor as this one. Therefore, i would not recommend and will not be returning.

I love Leo’s Nail salon. I had a wonderful experience with Mike and Tammy. Both were very professional, friendly and gentle with their services. I also appreciate the friendly welcome from Kyle. I definitely recommend their salon to everyone!!

Shocked at how unprofessional the owner was. They made me wait until 330 to get a full set when my appointment was at 1:30 and charged me $100 for French tips and then I come in the next day with a broken nail and two days later with another broken nail and tell the owner Leo that this time it was my fault so I'm happy to pay for the nail and he responded with "you're going to pay for both." he was so rude to me on all three occasions. i felt extremely uncomfortable. and it's a shame because i'm a loyal customer and tip well. and didn't even complain when they

Do not follow the Google address for this place; it will lead you ten minutes north. It's next to the Jersey Mike's, same plaza as chipotle, Pizza Hut and the ups store.
My appointment was for 1:45pm, I didn't get seen until .. well I walked out at 2:11 because they were clearly too busy and took too many appointments. Place looked beautiful inside but didn't seem well managed.

Very disappointed and won’t be going back. I had this girl who was very nice, but did a very sloppy job. The nails aren’t even, the coffin shape on almost all of them is crooked. She had ghosts done on her nails that she said she did that looked awesome, then she throws these on mine. Not to mention the black was done all sloppy. She told me she’s only been working there a week and they wanted me to pay $91 for this set. Never once was I told about all of these “up charges” and I’ve been to this salon twice before. I was really excited to try this salon because I saw the nail art they did and it looked phenomenal. However, I was very disappointed in the professionalism and the random pricing. When asked how much nail art was the price changed 3 times. The person doing my nails was rushed, hurting me when filing, and kept leaving the station. $90 for a set of acrylics with some lines is ridiculous. While I love my nails, I can not justify the price, pain, or experience. I'll keep looking for the perfect nail artist.

Highly upset after my service ! My service was RUSHED ! Her name was SHAY in particular! Nails were different shapes after I asked for square ! Horrible costumer service! She was very rough with me ! She made no conversation! And kept rolling her eyes with attitude! Literally the worst set I’ve ever gotten nail glue stuck on my nails and polish all over my hands I can go on and on but this is ridiculous I will never come back !

The salon looks modern and clean. Unlike other hole in the wall salons. Although I would have preferred a hole in the wall salon over this poorly managed place.
This was my first time at the salon and Leo did my nails. He had ADD to the extreme servicing me because he was managing a flood of walk ins and managing phone calls for apts. why not hire someone else to manage that? He had zero focus on my service and made my French nails look completely lopsided.
I will never return. They have poor management of scheduling.

I just decided to stop going here. I got a text and a call from the owner. Asking me to call or text back. I'm sorry I just decided to go somewhere else I had to block the number. I get he's trying to make it right however like I feel like going there it's just rush lately there's too many people coming in and I had multiple people look at my nails the last time I got them done and they were like there is no way you paid that much for that service. I got a Leo- Pedicure which is the most pricey package with gel is an added $20.. the massage part was good, she was very friendly and had great conversation. She did have headphones in, so I believe she didn't hear me much. When it came down to the toes and polish part it wasn't good.. I came in with fresh acrylic on my big toes and I asked the Tech to leave the shape and length, as well as to my other toes.. she proceeded to cut the length all the way down and rounded out my shape, I had gel previously and she cut me a few times with the e-file.. I proceeded and trusted the process

I really REALLY wanted to like it here. I looked at the nails they do on Instagram and I was in love! I read the reviews and most of them said that I need to have Leo or maya do my nails for them to turn out right. I changed my appointment last minute from Sunday to Saturday as my sister tipped me off that I was going to get proposed to on Saturday These nails were going to be important I was going to have tons of pictures of my hands with my ring. It was my first time going to Leo Nail Spa and I made an appointment online. Online it allows you to book for 7 and 730pm, but I later checked and their website says they close at 730. I booked for 7 not knowing I would be extremely rushed once I got there. The staff was obviously trying to hurry out of there and the guy doing my pedicure was hurrying through my appointment. If they are trying to leave right at closing they shouldn't let people book late appointments. If I knew I would have come earlier. The service wasn't horrible but the guy was a little rough and when he was buffing

Made an appointment at 6. At 6:15 they had 2 people before me. Only 2 people working.. and she was making more appointments over the phone.

Absolutely stunning nail salon! They recently opened in November and are currently still having their grand opening prices going on until the end of this month. They have plenty of services to choose from aside from getting your nails done and everything is reasonably priced. This place is located in the same plaza as Citizens Bank, Jersey Mike's subs, and Sears Outlet.
