Gain Initial Experience In a safe environment. For Beginners; It is imperative to learn the basics correctly and ensure proper alignment. Without doing so, you're at an increased risk of injury. A private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.

This class is a gentle form of yoga practice sitting in a chair or standing while using the chair for support. Students can enjoy the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down off the floor. We will experience many yoga postures in a flowing sequence, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation with the use of a chair.
This course is open to all. No experience in massage or yoga is needed. All that is needed is enthusiasm and a loving and caring spirit. The courses are offered to all including casual and professional interests.
