SamaCore Yoga was born from a desire to offer a variety of mind/body fitness experiences under one roof. This is in keeping with our mission to bring wellness and vitality to the community through engaging and personalized experiences. Balance is a unique and individual experience. By offering a variety of wellness practices at our home or yours; you can find which practice or practices resonate with you.

It all comes down to cultivating both inner and outer stability through lifestyle choices that support us and that inspire us to live a life we love in a body that we love. The customized 1-on-1 or group setting allows us to focus attention on each student. This ensures proper technique is used to receive maximum results.
Services
Gain Initial Experience In a safe environment. For Beginners; It is imperative to learn the basics correctly and ensure proper alignment. Without doing so, you're at an increased risk of injury. A private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.
Each session is unique and customized to each individual. Per request we are able to recommend/apply specific sequences and methods to maximize your benefit. This expansive art of bodywork can assist with all activity levels and lifestyles. From sedentary to hyperactive, it can benefit you!

A dynamic, therapeutic approach to holistic health that uses gentle acupressure, joint mobilization, myo-fascial release, passive stretching and assisted poses to promote physical, energetic and spiritual wellness.Based on Nuad Bo-Rarn, the ancient style of Bodywork from Northern Thailand.
This class is a gentle form of yoga practice sitting in a chair or standing while using the chair for support. Students can enjoy the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down off the floor. We will experience many yoga postures in a flowing sequence, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation with the use of a chair.
This course is open to all. No experience in massage or yoga is needed. All that is needed is enthusiasm and a loving and caring spirit. The courses are offered to all including casual and professional interests.

If you are a licensed massage therapist, trained healer, yoga teacher, fitness professional, dancer, martial arts teacher, medical professional or are just interested in learning how to transform yourself and others into inspired health and emotional empowerment, these courses will deepen your experience, understanding and knowledge of meridians, marmani and chakra energy pathways.

Great gym. I love the spin classes and the "cave." the locker rooms had a little more to offer as far as amenities go (shampoo, conditioner, lotion)

Shata was awesome! The first class I took was warm yoga with Shata, she is experienced and a dancer. I signed up the next week!

Took my first class this morning at 9:30
Great instructor - liked the varied exercises but would like a little more intense barre classes.
I'll return to try some yoga next

I received my yoga teacher certification here and now this is my home studio. There are so many excellent programs and cue's available here! I think there is a class for anyone here. Shata offers a variety of private sessions for all of her clients needs as well
