Always excellent service and great staff. Derek is always friendly and happy to help, nothing is ever any bother, even when I ask to order in specific frames he’s made sure I get them. The staff have always been great with my children too, really making them feel at ease throughout testing and when choosing their frames.

Gave my newly purchased house a thumbs up despite signs of cracks in the foundation, bowing walls in the basement, ceiling repairs throughout the living space. A few years later we discovered the house was built on sinking land and this had been known by 2 prior owners. Go somewhere else for your inspection and save yourself a life of headaches.

Jerry inspected our new home for us and was referred by our realtor. Alan from Specture was recommended by our Real Estate agent. He showed up a few minutes early completely prepared. We spoke inside for a few minutes. He explained the entire process he would be taking. After each section of the house, he stopped to provide an overview of what he found asked if I had any questions and moved to the next area. Jerry came highly recommended as the best and he did not disappoint! He had a well documented property inspection and photos to go along with comments on the areas of concern. He also pointed out areas of concern during the inspection and gave suggestions on what was important to repair immediately and down the road. We had these guys come in to inspect our home in the summer of 2014. I didn't have much experience or even know where to find a home inspector. These guys were highly regarded from our agent and friends. The seller of our soon to be home said she had 4 or 5 other inspectors come through and these guys were the nicest, most thorough, and most technological (fancy wireless printer to give us our report right on the spot).
