A home inspection is a physical, non-invasive, examination of the home and it's components. I actually go above and beyond what is required by the SOP of InterNACHI, The State of NY, and other organizations for your home inspection. Below, you will see examples of only some of the things in your home that I inspect.
Below is the general code of ethics that your inspector will follow. This is a direct copy of the code as prescribed by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. This code of ethics helps protect you, me, and the home inspection industry. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me or visit nachi.org.
Some inspectors use binoculars to look at roofs that are not walk-able. We use a drone with an ultra high resolution camera. We make every attempt to walk the roof but for high, steep, or generally unsafe roofs we can still provide you a detailed and accurate inspection. InFocus Inspection is here to help.

I had a great experience with my inspector Mike from InFocus. He was unbelievable knowledgeable and was able to explain everything so it made sense to me. The home inspection report was so detailed with pictures and video. I would highly recommend Mike and InFocus for any home inspection.

Wow. Mike is the best home inspector in WNY, period.
If your like me and read all the reviews before hiring, just stop and hire InFocus. Mike is very detailed especially on electrical, responsive, and knowledgable. His reports are very detailed and include video walk thoughts of the space.
Other inspectors I’ve used can’t compare to Mike. He gave me such great peace of mind about purchases and also helped me to pass on properties that would have been real mistakes.

Ive dealt with other home inspectors in the past when looking at homes but Mike is bar none, the best ive ever worked with. His attention to detail is impeccable and he does not cut a single corner when it comes to what he does. Very professional and really looks out for the person looking to make such a big investment and commitment such as a home. InFocus Inspection recently inspected our new home and we're very satisfied with Mike's professionalism, thoroughness, and willingness to take the time to explain all aspects of the property. This part of any home purchase is every bit an education/refresher as it is an inspection of the property.
