This place is really not what I expected, I have been living in these apartments for less than a month, when I arrived they gave me the apartment dirty, poorly painted and super deteriorated, I arrived on Saturday August 21 and Monday 23 was my first complaint , the doors of the whole house in poor condition fall down and the front door is very difficult to open and close, I made my second complaint on Tuesday and all that week was pure complaints about the apartment, today September 14 they have not fixed me Nothing, the refrigerator ran out of power and well their excuse is that the building

I currently live in this apartment building, and don't even brother trying to move here. Since the new Management came they are running a sham, and there leasing office never answer the phone. I've been trying for the past 2 months to get in contact with someone at the leasing office to talk to me regarding my lease. I called multiple times, left voicemail and emailed them directly with no answer. They never gave me a notice about when my lease is ending, didn't even bother to call or email. Today 1 WEEK AWAY from my lease ending date they called me and said that I need to sign a lease agreement

I lived at Farmingdale Apartment Homes for 2 years before I moved to a single family home recently. I will really miss the tranquility of relaxing on my balcony in the mornings, listening to the birds and feeling the warmth of the rising sun. I will also miss the friendly neighbors and the pleasant, accommodating staff in the leasing office. I recommend Farmingdale for any professionals looking for an environment conducive to work, study, and quiet relaxation.

I don’t recommend any person rent or buy here ever !!! A total rip off. I’ve been here only 4 short months and have experienced more issues in this short time. Than a place that I’ve lived an entire year. Its Totally unbelievable how unorganized they are. The Friday before Thanksgiving they decided to turn the water off in the building. Which cause a issue in my unit where I had NO hot water for 10 days. I had to call maintenance over 8 times to address the issue. The first four times they showed up, they made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. It took me requesting management

Absolutely love our Farmingdale apartment. My husband and I moved in a few weeks ago, and we were excited and knew we would like it, but we didn't know how much. Our two-bed/two-bath is HUGE and such a good price for the amount of space, quality, and location. The master bath area & closet is amazing! Plus, brand new stainless steal appliances, nice pool & workout center, a package holding system in each building, and our rent couldn't be better. We also love the location by so many stores, a couple minutes from the highway, and quick access to downtown Downers Grove, LaGrange, Oakbrook, etc. The

I've been living at Farmingdale for almost six years. I really enjoy that the buildings are solid, quiet, and smoke free. In addition, the grounds and buildings are well maintained and the maintenance and office staff are always a pleasure. When I recently had a family event, the office staff went over the top to help me get a larger apartment and accommodate my additional needs. One added note, since going pet friendly, I've been able to add a new puppy to the family. :-)

We are very happy here. The apartment is spacious, the neighbors (in our building at least) are quiet and courteous. Maintenance is quick to fix even the smallest issues, and those are rare for us as our unit is in particularly good shape. Management is quick to deal with issues such as smoking in/near the buildings. They are so quick in fact that we end up getting "reminders" about policies without even realizing that the reminders are necessary.
If not for purchasing a home we would certainly have renewed our lease.

Farmingdale is a great apartment complex. The balconies are especially nice. I spend as much time as I can on mine. There has never been a noise problem, maintenance seems competent, and the leasing agents and management are very friendly and always willing to help. I have yet to use the gym or pool, but they seem nice enough even if they are a bit on the small side. Parking is never a problem but I managed to get a unit near a large parking area. Some units might not be as lucky.
Really, the only downside to this place is that the washer and dryer in the units are TINY. As in, you'll be doing

A first-class apartment community in every way! Considering its location and the quality of the buildings, it is a great value for anyone looking for a wonderful rental home. My light-filled apartment is quite pleasant and just perfect: great location (major stores & restaurants are minutes away), amazing view from the balcony and really spacious bedrooms and closets. Best of all, is the leasing & maintenance staff that is very welcoming and always happy to help. To top it off, there is a clubhouse that features a fitness center and outdoor pool. My only regret is not moving to this community years
