The worst place to leave. Leakage from the roofing in the rooms and balcony. Water in the room 2 inch high. Carpet is wet and smells like a mold. We called for help emergency number , they said everything on Monday they will change the carpet. So the worst part is they are not going to do anything. It’s not first time years after years is going on same problem. They don’t do anything. WORSE PLACE TO LEAVE.

This place is kept pretty poorly. Everything is a quick fix here. They don’t solve the problems ... just paint over them . I’ve had a leakage in my unit for 2 weeks and all they said they were going to do was clean the carpet. I am disgusted with the property manager and the actual owners. Every building is having a leakage problem and all they want to do is clean carpets. DO NOT LIVE HERE !

People are decent to work with, especially maintenance. However there are countless issues with this property. Poorly sealed doors and windows have led to multiple water leaks in the apartment. As someone said in another review, things appear to have been painted over, including cable outlets. Neighbors on all sides are quite noisy, as is the Darien Sportsplex right next door. The floors do creak pretty much everywhere, and the water leaves a black residue when it dries.

House isn’t build very well. Many things are just painted over to hide imperfections (does not work). Front door is literally broken after them trying to fix it many times. Cabinets were painted over in a big rush. You can tell the handles weren’t even removed when painting to make things neat. THE HEAT!!!!! They don’t turn it on until it’s almost 40 degrees outside!!!! Not to mention it’s their only included amenity. Jill from the office has proven to have a disrespectful attitude. Some parts in the floor aren’t even flat. I feel inclined to bring up that the floor squeaks nearly EVERYWHERE

I would not suggest moving to this complex!! I have heard and witnessed Jill (a leasing office employee) be blatantly disrespectful towards another resident. She came across discriminatory toward the tenant. I was so embarrassed how she manage the situation and left. I'm so glad I dodged a bullet and did not go through the application process!!!!!

My friend lives in this building and they have been doing construction since august 2018 when he moved in. It's now June 2019 and still the disturbingly loud drills and sounds all around his apartment. If you do night shift, I'd suggest a different apartment complex. The foundation and apartments all around you are constantly being torn up or remodeled during the day. I'm not talking just hammers. I'm taking hardcore drills that shake the walls, migraine inducing squeals and workers yelling back and forth. It's absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to post videos but Google only lets me add photos. OMG!!! Where to begin!!! This place is not nice run for the hills!! Please read everyone! When I first moved into Willowbrook apartments. I thought my experience here would be great but it has not been at all.!! The lack of miscommunication with the staff management team, the lack of ownership, and the lack of professionalism is distasteful. This made me not want to renew my lease and move out ASAP! Be very careful with this apartment because they require a non refundable application fee of 65 per person, but did not provide clear screening criteria. For example, for the proof of income, the management staff called me after denying my application saying that they only recognize income from w2 form or form 1099, and they would not recognize self-employed income because they wont know if it is legal (What? Why don't you mention in your ebrochore that only income from w2or form 1099 is accepted?)
Moreover, they require a credit history from EVERY applicant even if only the primary applicant

Beautiful Place and location but the parking situation is HORRIBLE! My car was towed after doing everything right and even paid for a guest pass. This lost me a day of work. I never even received my money back. I highly do not recommend living here if you enjoy having guests over, this isn’t the place for that.

Place is nice with some good upgrades. Good location. Was a really nice spot for a while BUT the absolute worst parking situation i have ever seen. They tow everything and they tow quick. A new rule was put in and contract towing came into the picture. Their computers crash randomly so you cant have anyone over or they will get towed. Ive actually had a car towed even after paying the 5$ charge. Couldve been a great apartment but ruined by careless contract towing.
