I was referred by a good friend who got into an accident and I needed an examination asap after my horrible collision. PB chiropractic group took me in, took care of me, and explained the process so well I couldn't ask for more. Every session is extremely educational and my recovery is strengthening my body as it is going through the proper healing that Dr. Reuben has planned out.
Dr. Reuben Montemagni was born and raised between Guerneville (on the Russian River) and San Francisco, and spent his youth hiking, swimming, surfing, rock-climbing and exploring the Russian River. In high school and college he competed in shot-put, discus and javelin at the National level. He also competed in Judo for over 20 years, and currently practices Yoga and Jujitsu.

This is my first time going to a chiropractor and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After an accident, Dr. Reuben has been helping me get adjusted and throughout this healing process, he has shared so much of his wisdom, experience, and advice. Not only am I in better shape than I was before, but his kindness and passion for chiropractic care is clearly displayed in his work and practice. The staff has been extremely helpful and made my first experience enjoyable.

I am always iffy and skeptical and take things with a grain of salt. But Dr. Reuben it's completely different. If you ever have any questions so matter how outlandish it can be, he will be honest. He explains what he is doing and why to really to get your body back to a working function.

Dr. Reuben is great! Each time I get adjust by Dr. Reuben I leave feeling refresh and ready to tackle another day.
I felt immediately the difference after my first adjustment. Less ache in my lower back and a huge relieve. Like a imaginary weight on my back has lifted

After seeing Dr. Ruben for about 9 weeks, I have experienced noticeable changes in my mobility and function. I have always struggled to tough my chin to my chest, and had experienced multiple other mobility issues with my neck; last week as I was looking down at my phone (with terrible posture) I noticed I was resting my chin on my chest with no discomfort or uncomfortable tension. Sticking with the practice over time will do great things for your body, even things you didn’t know could be fixed!

I walked in with 4/10 pain at all times. I had 3 shoulder surgeries and thought I'd try a chiro. I spent 5 months with Dr. Reuben and currently 0/10 pain free and continuing my recovery plan. The combination of chiro, stretching, and consistency was key for me. This place is a very friendly atmosphere and the Dr and Katya always has a smile. I'm also able to bring my dog in! I took forever to come and write this review because, to me, sometimes it’s challenging to find the right words to describe how important this place is, and the difference it makes in my life with every single session for about 6 months now.
I spent 18 months depressed taking pain/sleep medication every day, “sucking in” emotions and almost became disabled due my fear of going to the doctor and being “scammed”.
Since the very first day, Dr. Reuben made me feel safe, welcomed and listened to. Today I can walk straight, sleep better and even wash the dishes without crying out of pain

My first and only chiropractor I have ever been to. I started seeing him at the end of last year and honestly there has been such a night and day difference with my neck and back. I had been in multiple fender bender's, and that caused years of neck pain. But after seeing Dr. Reuben and seeing him regularly, it has helped immensely. I would recommend him a million times over to anyone! The best chiro ever!

I just finished my my 36 session program with Dr. Ruben and it was truly amazing. When I started 6 months ago I could barley get out of bed due to the pain from my arthritis. Now, I can go days at a time without any pain. I’ve also noticed when I walk, that both my arms swing in unison which they never did before.
I would recommend chiropractic work for anybody. However, I recommend going to Pacific Beach Chiropractic Group and seeing Dr. Ruben. He’s not only amazing at his job, individualizing session to your need, but he’s a great person and nice to talk with. It was a good escape from

Prior to seeing Dr Reuben, I’d been going to the same Chiropractor for approximately 5 years. Thought I was receiving good care. Was doing better, accepted that some items would be incurable. After the first handful of visits all these items(it’s a list) had been rectified, maintained an strengthened with Dr. Recommended stretches and regiments. In a nut shell, Dr Reuben is a gifted and caring physician, I’ve highly recommended to all I know.
