I needed a jump one morning and I called to see how long it's take- they got someone dispatched right away!
The driver showed up sooner than quoted and got my car jumped right away! I'm sorry I didn't catch his name- but he was awesome! Very kind and helpful. Explained that my alternator was doing it's job but I probably just needed a new battery! Got me on the road right away! Thank you!

Needed a tow from home to the repair shop. Had the pleasure of meeting Willy, my driver, who was quick to arrive. Willy greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself. He carefully winched the car onto his truck and secured it. It was as if it was his own car. I rode with him to the shop and he was very friendly and happy to chat all the way to the shop. I did not expect to be leaving a review for a car tow but Willy and Cascade Towing went above and beyond and the price was great! I will definitely call them again if I ever need Towing or roadside service.

Rude driver, and scams customers! They charge you double the miles, always take pictures of the meter before and after. The driver also took the "long way" to destination. If the driver scams you, DO NOT PAY HIM. Call the police and file a report! Both cascade and carroll's garage are teamed up to size people up and scam them.
