Mike was my trainer at a local gym years ago. Most recently, I've been participating in his Strength and Mobility classes on Zoom. Since starting these classes in August, I haven't felt the need for massages anymore. He has taught me how to use foam rollers, etc., to relieve my aches and pains. Mike is very knowledgeable, fun and encouraging.He's always good for a pep talk! Mike is a consummate professional. He is always punctual, ready to go, and is constantly learning more to improve himself. His clients are of the utmost importance to him, as your wins are his wins. His energy is contagious! I think it would be impossible to not be “pumped” after a session with Mike.

Mike is a great trainer to work with. After recovering from back surgery and learning that I need to be careful for the rest of my life not to re-injure my back I was afraid to go back to working out. Then corona hit and I was stuck inside becoming lazier as each day past. I was referred to Mike and started working out with him outside and FaceTime as needed. He took the time to learn what caused my back issues what surgery I had and how we can strengthen my back while concentrating on losing the weight that I gained during surgery and corona He took the time to learn what caused my back issues

This review has been long overdue. I have been working with Mike for a little over six months. Mike has been the first trainer I have ever worked with and I consider myself profoundly lucky. His drive, non-stop work ethic, and motivation to help others provide an inspiration for his clients to achieve their best “always”! I am fortunate to partake in several types of classes he has to offer which include; online training (virtual), one on one training, and group training. I would give everyone of those 5 stars. If you are several hours away or want to workout in your home I definitely recommend

Mike is amazing. He is everything you could want in a trainer and coach. He is supportive and really gears your workouts and plan to your specific goals. His knowledge in what he does really shows.
