Sonya grew up in a family of physicians, and as a result, her experiences of health and healing began in childhood. After experiencing a particularly turbulent time in her life, she found realignment and strength through Acupuncture and Chinese herbs. It is these experiences and firsthand knowledge of Chinese medicine that eventually led her to focus on integrated care.

Depending on your concerns, we will choose acupuncture points combined with a variety of other modalities including herbal medicine, bodywork, cupping, therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, dietary suggestions and functional medicine. This magic combination will have you feeling lighter, happier and healthier after each visit.

I absolutely love getting acupuncture treatments here with Stephanie. She is so professional and knowledgeable about so many things that acupuncture can treat. The inside of this office is like a spa - so well decorated & calming. I also love their office dog, he’s so friendly :) definitely recommend this as a place to go!

I’ve worked with Stephanie in both roles now - RN and for acupuncture/integrative medicine and both have been outstanding experiences. The environment at Catalyst is calm, peaceful and healing and their wonderful greeter, Huckleberry, adds to this environment and experience. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and is a great listener and she has designed a treatment plan to address the interesting set of health issues I have been dealing with recently. I’m grateful to be able to include this in my overall plan for my health and look forward to continuing to do so.

I have been going to Stephanie for acupuncture and Ally for massage for several months now. I couldn't be happier with the services there. They both have been amazing and have helped me so much. I have referred anyone I know that needs massage or acupuncture there because of how good they are and how supportive they are. Even being overweight, I never felt fat shamed or made to feel anything less than completely comfortable. I will continue to go there as long as possible.

Sonya does a great job every time. That is a big deal coming from a person who hates needles or pain Each time I have done acupuncture and cupping with her, it has been great! She makes the process feel comfortable and relaxing . I highly recommend. It has definitely helped and is worth it. If I can do it then anyone can! 😊 Check them out!!

I have never gotten acupuncture before so was a little nervous coming in. I wanted this to help post Covid related issues and some tendonitis. I have seen Sonya twice and have great experiences. I wasn’t feeling well after the first session and Sonya personally called me to check in and talk me through it. She really listens to you and she even did more research based on how I was feeling/issues she hasn’t seen a lot of. She really takes the time to find the best route for you. Already feeling a difference!

Acupuncture helped with lower back pain I had been struggling with for years. I was reluctant to start, but after taking a leap of faith, I am a satisfied customer. Professional staff, clean space, and a they actually cared about what I was going through. Definitely won’t ever go anywhere else!!!!

Wonderful place! Steph is fantastic in general, but as a beginner she talked me through the whole process and made my introduction to acupuncture very enjoyable. The office is clean and calming, and they have worked very hard to make their practice pandemic-friendly. Would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for acupuncture treatment!

I can't recommend the healers and this beautiful space enough. Sonya is so incredibly knowledgeable about both Western and Eastern treatments and puts together a healing/treatment plan that integrates both, according to your needs. She took the time to talk with me before and after my treatment (with a cozy cup of tea!) and made me feel like we were partners in my healing! The space is so beautiful, modern and calming and the entire experience, from the minute you walk in the front door is so peaceful and wonderful. I highly recommend this beautiful clinic and the expert practitioners.
