General Pricing is based on the size and age of the home. I and my company are not the cheapest, just the best. My prices are competitive and reflect "time spent" on the job, in the field, as well as our high quality, informative, report preparation and delivery standards. All home inspections are performed in accordance with all ASHI and State of Connecticut standards of practice for home inspections.
As your professional home inspector our job is to alert you, to the extent possible, to potential environmental hazards in your current or potential house. This is a non-invasive visual inspection of the property. While we may be able to alert you to possible problems, our basic inspections are no substitutes for specialized contaminant testing.
