This is the worst bakery I have ever been to. I ordered a cake for my boyfriends 25th birthday with the most iconic spongebob episode “do you know what’s funnier then 24, 25”. I had sent these picture of this design to the baker in charge at the time and he said he could do it. Of course I did not think otherwise because from the reviews on here shows they can do complicated designs. So why is it that when I came to pick it up today that the order didn’t even look close to what I had ordered. I would’ve understood if someone had tried to reach me at some point to say that they had lost

I JUST WENT TO BUY 2 CUBAN BREAD. BREAD WAS AWESOME BUY HAD TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR . ONLY TWO PERSON UP FRONT. AND THEY WERE FAST .PROBLRM IS THAT THERE IS NO COMMON SENSE. THEY WERE ATTENDING DELIVERY FIRST FOR UBER AND THE LINE WAS INCREASING. EVERY BODY WERE COMPLAINING FOR EXTREEMLY WAITING TIME. BREAD WERE GOOD BUT DOESN'T WORTH FOR WAITING TIME.

I won't ever know if their food is any good. My mom just wanted two pastelitos while she waits at her doctors office. Which came out to $2.00 they wouldn't allow me to buy them for her because there's a five dollar minimum purchase with debit card to the owners/managers no one CARRIES CASH in 2021n you weren't going to make me buy more stuff than I wanted

Here is my experience in the bakery:
Cheese croquettes, ham and cheese empanadas are good but the cafecito is over priced yet my thing is the service.
Last time I went there was only two people on service and two costumers (me included). I saw what I considered to be the height of lack of costumer service and it pushed me towards taking the decision of no longer giving them business.
The elderly sir next to me was having a small treat on the counter and a small piece fell on the floor. I understand that one of the two ladies working there had just cleaned it but the piece was small and it will

Even during Covid this place is great, they are following all of the protocols. Bread is fresh all the sweets you can imagine all the savory bites as well. Cuban and Latin American delicacies from Puerto Rico Venezuela and Columbia as well. Todo los postres y pastelitos croquetas empanadas y más frescoes diarios.
They also do catering platters cakes ans meaos for parties etc.

Can never go wrong here!!! I took some pastelitos to my family in Houston, Texas recently (my checked in luggage was full with these yummy goodies) pastelitos de carne, queso, guayaba, guayaba con queso and croquetas.... they loved them all!!!
Service is a little slow but worth the wait. They also make tortilla sandwiches that are delicious!!!

In this trying time of this pandemic getting out of the house is a huge deal. I took my two kids and sat down to have simple finger foods. When I got the bill I was a little bit confused I paid and I left. I came back to ask why I paid almost $40 for pastels and two orange juices. Turns out the most expensive thing on my bill was the orange juice each cup of orange juice was six dollars. I feel that this was really wrong to even charge for a cup of juice mind you "a cup o. When I asked for a copy of my bill the lady was very unapologetic and pointed at her microscopic menu on the wall. I cannot

This is my first time here and I was certainly impressed. So many goodies in the bakery. So many items on display that are so bad for you but I had to try several. The service was good, however no one spoke English. So placing my order was rather a struggle. I understand this is Miami, but I still do United States. So you think they could hire someone that works the counter that's bilingual? I guess that's too much to ask. Still the food was good.

It had not been an hour since I purchased these items and had to write a review. What was once my go to place, my fav. Pastelito is now probably the worst one I have eaten. We could not even enjoy one. All the way through. I would like to go into detail to what they tasted like but I won't. So upset. Not the pastelito with the light flaky crust I remember

Stopped in for a cafe con leche and desert. The two ladies were much more interested in talking to each other rather than providing good service. Used old warm milk from a dispenser and then because it had skin coming out of the spout decided to foam the milk with steam. She used a styrofoam cup to steam milk! I assume because they didn't want to wash a steal container. The place was empty and I understand why. Worst cafe con leche...period!

Thank you for taking your time and responding. The customer service my mother received from Ileana on the bad cake purchased was 5 stars. I understand things happen from time to time, the cake was actually kept indoors at all times so it was not kept outside at any point but thank you again for correcting this fast.

One of the bigger Ricky bakeries I have been too! It's really nice. They are located in the corner of a strip mall of Bird Road. The people are very nice and eager to help. The fresh empanadas are delicious. If you desire desserts... they are to die for! So any to recommend!! My favorite today are the flan and Napoleons!!

One of the most delicious pastelitos in kendall and little Havana area. Now with a bigger establishment you are able to dine in. They always have already made trays of assortment pastelitos for people like me that remembers way too late when I need something quick to take to a party. And they even have catering and cantina services. The place was extended and remodeled to a more modern look but the deliciousness legacy remains the same.

We were having a big party that night and we went to buy some pastries for dessert after the cook-out.
The place was packed with customers. We of course cannot go into a Cuban bakery and not have a pastelito and cortadito. They have little tables were you can enjoy form s little snack to a meal.
The pastries that we bought were a hit that night. A very good bakery.
