Romi Naparstek is passionate about helping others discover the joy of homemade pastries. As the founder of La Romi Bakery, a baking school in Miami, she brings decades of experience as an educator to create cooking classes to help her students foster creativity, independence and confidence in the kitchen.
Growing up in Argentina, the kitchen was a place where Romi celebrated special occasions with family and friends. After moving to Miami and earning her degree in early childhood education from Florida International University, Romi would often bring her baking skills into her classroom and enjoyed watching her students excitement over their creations.

Services
Private class with Romina at our state-of-the-art facilities. The class is for up to two guests or a two adults and two kids, you will pick 3-5 recipes from a list of bake goods we will provide. The class is 100% hands-on and the cost of the class includes all ingredients, materials, and recipe book.

I ordered a Chocolate Cake filled with whipped cream, dulce de leche and berries as a gift for the holidays and of course one for myself and it was delicious and well balanced :D The whole experience was great and very easy process, It even got delivered to my house so I super recommend La Romi Bakery!

The most delicious and beautiful cake ever!! I was hesitant about ordering a "decorated cake" as I usually don't really like how they taste, but I wanted something special for my birthday so I decided to try with Romi (whom I had heard about by some friends in common). My surprise was HUGE when I saw it but even bigger when I tasted it. Fluffy, humid and with tons of dulce de leche (my favorite one!). Thanks Romi! You made me happy!!

We LOVE every dessert weve had from La Romi's bakery. She made all of our wedding desserts that were a huge hit with all of our guests. Recently we gave her a mighty challenge to design a birthday cake that looked like our daughters favorite horse and she nailed it! I couldnt have imagined it being as beautiful as it was, and was delicious too! I always keep a bag of brownies from Romi in the freezer, try them, you will not regret it!

At first I wasn’t going to really do a big deal kind of cake for ours sons first birthday but then I came upon Romi’s IG. How could I not? Not only was the cake so BEAUTIFULLY DONE——it was delicious. There was only a little bit leftover from the birthday party. I plan to use her for all of our kids bdays. Thank you again for being such an artist and pouring so much love into your work.

I ordered a Floral Bouquet cake for Mother’s Day from Romi and I was BLOWN AWAY at how good it looked. There’s food then there’s food art and This was so pretty we all felt bad eventually eating it. On top of the fact that she made it gluten free, it tasted as good as it looked! Highly recommend her, her service & her products to anyone.
