In 1995, David, a native of Aix-en-Provence (a small town North of Marseilles in the South of France) came to enjoy the world famous beach haven. Besides having a fantastic experience, the trip left David with two important thoughts that would forever change the course of his life. First, he fell deeply in love with the culture, the atmosphere and the overall vibe and joy of life that South Beach had to offer.

This place is an Instagram dream! Trendy decor with pretty cones and unique flavors. They have a variety of ice cream flavors all dressed up with extras and the option to form it into the shape of a rose! You can choose from a regular cone or a bubble cone, both really yummy and cute. This place is definitely the spot to go if you're looking for a sweet treat. Nitrogen and ice cream is a wild but delicious pairing.

I lived much of my life in France (still do actually), and when home I buy my bread daily at the local boulangerie, and was thrilled to find a real French bakery here in Miami.
