You must be pre-paid before your session in order to Float! Online registration only, please call us if you need assistance.* Each room is equipped with the same custom-built Float tank. Eat a small meal about an hour beforehand, so hunger doesn't distract you. Eating too much and feeling very full may be distracting as well, so stick to a small portion if possible. Avoid caffeine or energy drinks before floating, to prevent having a busy, unsettled mind. Wait at least 14 days after any hair treatment/color before floating (please wait 30 days for vibrant hair colors such as blue, purple, red, green, etc.).
Most athletes will do just about anything to step up their game and get better, bigger, faster, and stronger. But the latest performance and recovery trend that's sweeping the sports world doesn't require you to do anything at all. When you float you're in good company, not literally, you're in a private room when you actually float!

Today was my second time floating at Stillpoint and I absolutely love it here! I love that you have a nice big room to get ready for your float and how the float tank itself is like stepping into a large oasis, instead of closing yourself into a pod like other float places. Perfect place for much needed relaxation. And the staff is amazing! I’ve talked to Megan a few times over the phone to purchase and schedule and met her in person today and she is so sweet! I will absolutely continue to be a repeat customer at stillpoint!

I went for my first float ever here, and I am now hooked! The faculty is GORGEOUS. You really feel relaxed from the second you walk in the door. The girls who work there are SO nice and friendly and make you feel comfortable (especially newbies). I highly recommend floating! It was a one of a kind experience that I can’t even put into words. If you’ve been wanting to try it, do it here! Love love love Stillpoint now! It is my new go to!

Welcoming and tranquil. My husband and I did a float therapy and were extremely satisfied. We have floated in many places through our travels and we will come back when we come through the area again. Very clean, comfortable, and relaxing with a friendly staff. The automatic dimming lights were great with all the amenities you would want/need after a float. Great tea selection in the realization/meditation room after our session has ended.

I had my first float experience at Stillpoint last week. Upon arrival the studio immediately exudes relaxation. I didn't know what to expect but the staff was incredibly friendly and informative. I was lead to my own private room and given a quick overview of how to operate everything including lights, volume control and intercom. I plugged my phone into the wall so that I could listen to my own playlist and used the provided earplugs before showering off and entering the floatation pod. Once inside, it took a little shifting to find my sweet spot but after that my 90 minutes flew by. Floating

I wasn't sure if floating was for me but boy was I wrong! Once I allowed myself to settle in and relax, it was wonderful. I let my mind drift and wander, and afterward I felt incredibly clear-minded and sharp. My entire body felt rejuvenated. Also did wonders for my skin and hair!
The studio itself if very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend giving floating at Stillpoint a try!

I'm still looking for yoga studio that suits me. Stillpoint seems very nice -- welcoming space, passionate instructors -- but I'm looking for a more secular approach to the body movements and I didn't jive with the spirituality element many classes had. (My understanding is that it's generally the norm for passionate yoga instructors to find the spirituality element very important. I don't, and I find it difficult to tune that out during a guided class.)

Float at Stillpoint!! I was so excited when I learned that the new studio would incorporate float! I’ve experienced floating before and I loved it. I knew that it was beneficial on so many levels but, what most attracted me was the opportunity to achieve total, and I mean total, muscular relaxation. A little background: I’ve been sidelined from my yoga mat for a couple of years due to ongoing back issues and surgeries. I’m slowly recovering now and looking forward to being more active again. One thing that’s continued to be problematic is muscle tightness and spasm. So, when I had the opportunity

Stillpoint is my favorite yoga studio, and I have tried a few. The studio is big and welcoming, with inspirational art on the walls and lit candles around the room. The teachers are very perceptive and attentive to posture adjustments. I feel completely safe in their hands. They use a slightly different routine each week to keep you focused and engaged, which I love because it breaks my annoying tendency to drift on autopilot. The evening power vinyasa practices are my favorites! They are challenging yet relaxing, and they make me feel super energized after a long busy day. I recommend Stillpoint
