Services
Your journey of self discovery is about to begin. It's time to do things differently. Make a change for the better. Slow down and live a richer life. After your visit, we hope you walk away feeling the warm embrace from our community and part with an experience that fuels your personal growth. No matter what speed you're moving at, all of our programming is designed to keep you moving forward on your chosen path.
We all step onto our yoga mats for different reasons - and at different points in our lives. Upon completion of an asana-focused class or workshop, we are able to be still, to be quiet. This is the essence of yoga. We are glad you're here. For many practicing yogis, the mat is a sacred space for self-discovery from which you can unite the body, mind, and spirit.
MOYO YOGA TEACHER TRAINING'S unique approach offers instruction and guidance in business, yoga as an art, journaling, working with injuries, community service, a heavy emphasis on pranayama and access to the MOYO teacher network. Expect excellence :: We continually strive to offer quality instruction and support to our students and teachers.
MOYO is a yogic community dedicated to experiences that awaken the potential of our body, mind, heart and soul. In 2004, MOYO was born out of a passion and love for the practice of yoga and the yogic lifestyle. After eight years, creator and visionary Maureen Priest found MOYO was growing, and the previous location felt confining to MOYO's vision of the future.
I always ask myself that question. I don't see the point in living small when there are endless possibilities to explore in life. I try to live my life the way I practice. It's all about having the fullest experience possible. I think and dream as big as possible. My heart and soul are at the forefront of everything I do.

They canceled my wedding and backed out of our signed contract. Only 6 months out.. No deposit back yet.. All because a brewery is being constructed.

I had my wedding scheduled at MOYO and due to covid I decided to postpone. The owners were being extremely difficult and lacked all compassion during this unprecedented time. They basically tried to price gouge us for more money to reschedule. I would not recommend anyone having a wedding here!

I started Moyo with both excitement and hesitation due to the fear of compromising my ongoing back issues. I also feared my current movement capabilities would stick out like a sore thumb in a class filled with experts! Every single different class at Moyo I experienced thus far surprisingly put all my fears and insecurities to rest. In fact, each instructor provided a class routine, and culture as “come as your are.” This provided comfort, support, and a customized instruction I have been seeking for years. I’m looking forward to this journey and very grateful to Moyo’s support in the

I was at a wedding here this past weekend and the power was out for over an hour. It was a sweat box! You would think the people running a rickety old barn would have a generator somewhere.

Love it! Staff is super friendly and helpful and the space is big enough to not feel cramped in classes. It's an old barn that it gorgeous inside! If you attend class twice a week or more the membership is totally worth it.

Alyssa, massage therapist made my rough previous week go away. My body, especially neck had been killing me, I was spent & exhausted & grouchy. The massage was exactly what I needed. Nurturing, effective, detailed. I'm very particular with being touched. With that said, I booked another 90 minutes next week. Thank you!
