Jackie was just overall great! Very friendly and accommodating even when she was out of her office. She was so patient with all our questions even to the point that I think we were already annoying and repetitive. She was always very nice that you get comfortable even when already getting anxious with the loan processing. We are so thankful we were dealing with her throughout the whole loan , processing. Hi all, I recently encountered one of the worst experiences especially as a first time home buyer! I was using Jackie Wampler out of the Raleigh, NC location and at first things were fine. But I should have known, when I first inquired about the education and just wanting to know more about the process and everything I needed but she went ahead and ran my credit. I was approved which was great but I was not seeking that at that current time. So I received my preapproval letter June 2021 and went under contract the 10/27/21, during that time Jackie changed my loan type without ANY explanation. Friday

Jeff and his Team are excellent, really professional and helpful.
