I pay 170 a month for just water and sewer. It wasn't like that when we first got here than it jumped after they resealed the driveway. Hmm people must have just started using the bathroom 3 times as much ( I beleive they bill it by the building and decide it between the residents) and valet trash often leaves our trash for days the last bag weighed 16 pounds and they just wouldn't take it so my 8 month pregnant wife had to walk accrossed the property with our 2year old to throw it way and still pay the valet bill.

Do not move here! This place is badly run by an ever changing office staff. Nothing is taken care of properly. I went wothout a working hot water heater for 5 days and was forced to take cold showers. I then a few weeks later went without a working AC for 4 days and had to force the office to put me in a hotel on the fourth day. The walls and floors are paper thin so you can hear conversations in apartments around yours. My building had no working lights in my hallway for over a year , called coorperate and still nothing..it wasnt until I called a city inspector that they rigged a couple of side

Ive been here for a couple of days now and i could just say that the people in the office are very nice, professional and very understanding. I had a few minor issues upon moving in and they all made sure that i was all good to go by that night ! Big thanks to maintenance for helping me and being patient with me ! I was sketchy about the reviews upon moving in but it only takes communication and patience ! Thanks staff for making me feel welcomed. <3

Do not move here! We went to sign our lease and were told the painters were still in there finishing up so we could sign the papers but had to wait. Finally we were able to go in and it looked as if nothing had been painted. On top of that it looked as if no one had cleaned the place since the last tenant moved out. Place was dirty, flooring was coming up or ripped and carpet looked as if it hadn't been changed I'm years. We then came back to move stuff in a few hours later at night and walked into the apartment crawling with roaches and bed bugs. We could not move anything in. We came back the

RUN AWAY NOW, DO NOT LIVE HERE
This place is an absolutely overpriced nightmare. Office staff seem nice but once you move in they don't take concerns seriously. I had a countless number of issues at move in that they either didn't address or were extremely slow to address. I developed mold within a few weeks of living here (from a leak upstairs, not my fault) and the mold has still not properly been treated months later. They have had a ton of maintenance turn over because they've hired unreliable people which speaks to how bad the management is. I've lived in a place half the price of these apartments

I have to say I been living at this property for 2 years. I have seen property managers come and go. But Ms Melendez, cares about the residences and does her best to get everything done in a timely matter. She is always courteous polite and helpful. Thank you Ms Melendez for a dressing all my work orders. Finally we have A property manager that cares.

This community is the equivalent of a teed cleaned up! There are so many drug transactions being made and cars speeding through the parking lot. Management refuses to take a stand even with documented footage. Maintenance is sub par, my neighbor has bugs and her apartment is spotless. Management has a poor attitude, they never answer the phone. Things that qualify as an emergency are never treated as an emergency. Real ghetto, would not recommend!

UPDATE: Taking away my 2 star review and lowering it to 1 star. You pay for Valet Trash every month on top of your regular trash bill. The company that comes by and collects the valet trash will not come several times a month for no reason given. As a result, the hallway you live in will stink to high hell because that is where you leave your trash for the valet service that shows up only when they want to!
