Palmetto Park Apartments

I recommend this property at 3 for few reason from my own experience but overall Management is amazing. Miyosi will go over and beyond to assist residents. She’s resourceful, professional, takes the initiative to make sure things gets done. You can count on her and her team. The community is kept clean. The maintenance was overwhelmed but has since improved last 3 months. Main issue is the apartments need better ventilation, it entraps lots of moisture that can cause mold. Corporate is unprofessional, and neglects residents issues and concerns. Recently corporate has new staffing hopefully efficient

This is one of the worst places I have ever lived in I recently broke my lease due to the fact that there is mold in lmost all the apartments. Also I hear gun shots at night. And my car has been broken into a couple of times. Also it is not gated and the security is horrendously lazy.

Is it normal for the office to never answer the phone?? I've called for a week now. Hours ranging from 9a (when they claim they are open) to 6pm and literally NOBODY picks up the phone. Ever. Do people not actually work in the leasing office?

Palmetto Park is a nice and quiet place to live. The leasing Managers are very helpful and caring. I would recommend them as a nice place to stay.

Management can benefit by replacing some staff. The young lady working there is nice but not much she can do. The mean lady treats others like animals. Housing should be aware of this. People let's complain to HUD.gov

I have lived out here for 15 years. The last manager has allowed this property to become run down. Thankfully she is no longer there and hopefully we get someone who wants to make improvements to the property and who treats residents with respect. The awnings needs power washing to remove the mold build up. This used to be done annually. We used to get mulch seasonally along with tree trimming. This has also fell out. Miyosi and Michelle are very helpful, friendly and care about the residents. Hopefully corporate gets someone in with the same mindset. Who treats residents as residents and not place

I've been here since Nov 2017, All office staff and maintenance are wonderful , they respond right away to all issues.. I don't have no issues with my unit at all no roaches no mold, nothing... property is well maintained.. Pest control available to all who have issues.

Wow, Desiree the leasing consultant made my move in so easy and stress free. She really is informative and let me know all the details and rules and regulations that is expected of a tenant and of the community. My apartment was clean, only minor things needed to be done (like new screens or some of my windows). My neighbors seem pleasant enough, I keep to myself because I work. There are children playing, but that is expected since it is summer. I saw security driving at night. Mostly peaceful and so far so good.

Would give this place a better review but I'm look at how they did my wife when she took in her sick dad that was dieing from stage 4 lung cancer to me the problem all started with that she got him here but be for all the he was told he needed a service dog but he couldn't get one or may be he was just use to having the one he already had so we let him bring his now don't get me wrong she tried to take care of the problem with the dog she told them she would pay it when her dad got his check but this is what was told to her she had to move cause cousin was come over here witch is her dad nephew

This community is not as bad as everyone is making it on these reviews. They probably are people getting evicted. Anyway, I have lived here a year so far and I will be renewing my lease. You cannot find better prices anywhere. People, TAKE CARE OF WHERE YOU LIVE! Simple as that, clean your apartment and keep it well maintained and you would not have a problem. The women in the office try very hard to keep it all together and have done a great job. The building have just been painted and carpets have been replaced. Stop spreading gossip.
