If another drain isn't functioning in your home, you may be able to clear the pipe using a drain cleaning tool. Many hardware stores sell these devices. Please refrain from using harsh chemicals that could damage the plumbing system. If you make any changes, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the water temperature again.
Your first month's rent check, security deposit, and any other applicable fees need to be paid at the lease signing. Check the amount with our team in advance. Utility accounts for your property must be kept up to date. You also need to put all utility accounts in your name; do these immediately after signing the lease.

It has been our experience that at sometime or another we needed to deal with tenants face to face. Some of those dealings, to say the least, have not been pleasant. Brick&Mortar deals with tenants on a professional basis, much much better than I ever did. For that reason alone it has been well worth us hiring them to manage our property.
Having used other property management outfits in the past, my wife and I have found that Brick&Mortar have been the best.

Vicki Marotti was our realtor for our property in Carson City, Nevada, that was just sold She did an excellent job in listing our place and doing it a timing fashion. It was listed and pictures were taken of our home and posted them, and we got a great response in two days. She answered all are questions and made sure we were satisfied with the price we listed as and if there was anything else we had a question with we just had to call her and she got right back to use.
