A: Our direct line is forwarded to our Maintenance Coordinator for after hour maintenance emergencies. A: We offer multiple ways to receive your money: We can direct deposit your funds, or send you a check. A: Leases will be signed by the property manager; however, all documentation in regards to an owner's property are made available to owners.
A: No we cannot. Once we receive an application we will hold that unit for 24 hours to the person whos application was accepted. During that 24 hours we will need to collect a holding deposit and a signed lease. A: Cosigners are welcome to apply with any tenant that feels that he/she may require one.

We've used Northern Nevada Property Management to manage our property in Minden for the last few years and they have been excellent. They screen applicants very well and they are responsive to both owners and tenants. They took good care of our property - resolved tenant issues, handled maintenance & accounting and were always available to answer questions and make sure everything is handled. They're a great property management company. Ben was always on top of the issues.

They are awesome! I had some tenants that I had to give notice to that didn't want to leave and I would not have been able to get them to move out without Matt and Josh's knowledge of Nevada law and the eviction process. Now they are assisting me with getting the property renovated. I highly recommend their services if you are in need of a property manager in their area!
