Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Leaving a complaint with the board as we speak- horrid inspection cost me thousands in repairs. Mr. Dylan Crilly missed damage on the roof, broken light fixtures, broken laundry machine, plumbing issues... the list goes on. Stay away for your own protection. Would not call me back when I voiced complaints. Beware.

My wife and I met with Dylan when looking at our new home. He was very prompt and professional. He was beyond knowledgeable in what is needed in this inspection service and what to look for. I just bought my first house. Dylan was our inspector and he was very thorough, patient, and gave good suggestions on repairs that we would want to do in the future. He answered all of my many questions and got the inspection report to us very quickly which helped immensely.

I would definitely recommend Best Choice. They came out on such short notice and got the job done quickly (we needed it done by a certain date) and thoroughly! Dylan really took his time inspecting our basement and even went over issues that he noticed that I did not call about. 👍🏼👍🏼

We recently used Best Choice Home Inspections for our home inspection and radon testing. Dylan was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Our realtor said it was the most detailed home inspection report they had seen. As first time buyers he was also very helpful and explained everything he found that was right and wrong with the 130 year old home we were looking at. He gave us several suggestions on how to make repairs and how to keep the home well maintained. Would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone!
