The purchase of a home is probably the largest single investment you will ever make. You should know exactly what to expect - both indoors and out - in terms of repair and maintenance and their costs. A fresh coat of paint could be hiding serious structural problems. A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home. David was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and extremely flexible and easy to get work with. His rate is fantastic for the work he does. I called him on MLK day at 8 am stating I needed a home inspection done within 3 days. He was very flexible and it was clear he was making every effort to be there for a potential client. Due to scheduling conflicts(on my end, not his) it took an hour to get everything confirmed and he was there, on time, at 1pm. He was quick and thorough being done in 2 hours. David Kaye made himself available for our inspection in a tight time window - rearranging his schedule for us in order to meet it. We found that he was very thorough in his inspection of the property my husband and I were looking to purchase. He spent nearly 3 hours reviewing everything from the inside out. My husband and I found David to be professional, knowledgeable, patient and informative. We appreciated the care he took in explaining his findings to us as new home buyers. David advised us on future repairs and things for us to watch out for.
