My grandmother was recently admitted here and the care she has received thus far is great. We were met at the door by Brook, the Admissions lady who took us up to her room. She had a little welcome basket made and my grandmothers name on the door which made her feel special. Then, 2 CNAs, Cheryl and a Leslie came into the room to help. They sat down with my grandma and got to know her as a person and not a paycheck. The nurses I’ve met so far are Tasha and Kayla and they both have been very helpful. I have not met therapy yet but my grandma loves them! She says they are very motivating and patient

The facility is beautiful and modern, very clean/well taken care of inside and outside. The staff are all wonderful and caring to their residents. They take their time to spend quality time with the residents and truly make them happy & comfortable. I feel very secure having my loved one live here. It is absolutely wonderful! Thank you for all you guys do, I appreciate you ❤️

Stay away. The owner of this business only cares about one thing: money. This comes at a huge detriment to both staff and patients. The staff in general are poorly trained and this facility is kept afloat only by the few good employees that are still there. The vast majority of good reviews this place has are false. They go face to face to the few patients they think are happy there and have them write google reviews, as if a person is going to write a bad review of the place they are staying for Healthcare while they are still staying there. Not to mention a bunch of the 5 star reviews are from

CAUTION! CAUTION! to anyone dealing with putting a family member in a nursing & rehab center please do your research on the facility first. Allegra Nursing and Rehab is the worst place myself & my family members have ever had to deal with concerning our loved one it got so bad where it needed to be reported to the State of Michigan licensing and regulatory affairs for neglect. It is clear this facility does not care about their patient after seeing what condition we found our loved one in. Allegra Nursing & Rehab does not deserve one star.

I worked on this facility for almost two years as a RN, it is a horrible place to work and even worse to live here. One of the positive reviews on here was actually posted by the admissions director so disregard that. The owner and the current administrator are totally profit driven and could care less about the care of their residents. They forced me out when I repeatedly complained about the neglect of a 91 year old resident who was left repeatedly in urine and feces saturated briefs and then went on to disparage me as a nurse to try and disqualify me as a reliable source. I would never ever
